Mark Dubin (owner) and Miguel did an amazing job getting the job done quickly and thoroughly, even though I know it was a really small job for them relative to a lot of what they do - Mr. Dubin always made me feel prioritized. The seam is very hard to see and I'm thrilled with the result. I just wanted to recommend New Diener's because I am so happy with the job they did and Mr. Dubin is a true pleasure to work with (and, impressively, he makes architect level floor plan drawings for each of the jobs). He was willing to come at the end of the work day or weekends to ensure I didn't have to leave work midday and was always on time and very responsive. So, if you need carpet work, I can't emphasize enough how pleased I was with New Diener's - I really hope they stay in business a long time! They turned what started out as a very stressful experience into something easy and affordable.
