He patiently explained all of the details involved in the installation of the hardwood flooring for the steps and hallway as well as sanding and staining the living room and dining room (and I really drilled him with lots of questions). He was a pleasure to work with. He inspected and made certain that the floors were immaculate. He really took pride in producing a high quality finished job with impeccable attention to detail. That was a welcoming quality -- because I am a stickler for good workmanship. My previous contractor was so bad and Earl assured me that "if I allowed him the job--he would start and finish as stated in the contract and he prides himself on doing a good job". AND HE DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB!! He assured me that I would be pleased with the outcome of his work and "I truly am--very very happy with my floors". From the removal and haul away of the old carpet and padding to the beautiful shine, shoe molding and the cleaned up, covered and closed-off the appropriate areas in an effort to keep the dust down.
