Not only that, but he was nice enough to write down all of his at-home care recommendations for me to take home with me! I suffered a a couple of fractures to my vertebrae last year and he was able to take this into account and go slowly while checking on how I was feeling the whole time. I was still able to get the amazing deep tissue work that I needed and not risk any sort of hurt to that area. You would think they would communicate that there is an expiration date on the credits. Nope!! $160 down the drain. I won't lie the customer service is great but it becomes to expensive when they adding additional cost after already paying $80 for membership on top of leaving a tip.
