She was very easy to talk to, made me feel comfortable during my visit, and was confident that she could help me. After only one session she told me that I was good to go and instructed me to do a few exercises at home every day for the next week. I thought to myself "surely this isn't going to work... there's no way an issue I've had for 10 years will go away with just some massage and stretches." I must say: it did get a little worse before it got better (she warned me this might happen) but now a few months down the line: I am officially free of shin pain and was able to finally complete my first marathon! I suffered a a couple of fractures to my vertebrae last year and he was able to take this into account and go slowly while checking on how I was feeling the whole time. I was still able to get the amazing deep tissue work that I needed and not risk any sort of hurt to that area. You would think they would communicate that there is an expiration date on the credits. Nope!! $160 down the drain. I won't lie the customer service is great but it becomes to expensive when they adding additional cost after already paying $80 for membership on top of leaving a tip.
