He came by in person for a quick consultation so that we could align on expectations and he thoroughly went over my options and answered my 100 questions. Because our roof line is asymmetrical I challenged Issac with how we could find balance and his creative solution was to install some up lights which paid off. I ultimately decided to only have the front of our house done because our neighbors are close by and felt that would be disruptive for them. The team was ready to install 1.5 weeks later and they did a great job at keeping the cords nicely tucked away where possible and neatly tacked. Further they offered an additional service to clean the gutters for an incremental cost which we opted in for as a double whammy. Scheduling was quick and easy (although that's probably because most people probably aren't thinking about holiday lights during the summer). Installation took the better part of a day, but was otherwise a breeze; the crew were friendly, kept everything tidy, and gave us a thorough demo of the controller app after they were done. As for the lights themselves: totally worth it! They're basically invisible during the day, and are super bright at night. You can customize just about everything about them; settings are changed via the controller app on your phone (yay no ladders!), which gives you complete control over the color(s), brightness, animations, and schedule.
