We're a 3-story house perched on a steep hill, we have a ton of different sized windows, I had to be in and out of work calls while he was here, and we have a cat wandering around the house... nothing phased him. I'm very delayed in writing this review, but I wanted to make sure that I added my kudos to Eric and his assistant for the wonderful job they did cleaning my windows last December, 2024! I contacted several different companies but there was a lot of back and forth trying to get to an estimate. When I contacted Eric he gave me a flat rate, told me when he could come out, and showed up when he said he would. I chose him based off of the reviews I saw on Yelp and he did the job exactly as everyone else had described: inside and out, tracks, and screens all cleaned and he was willing to go back over a couple of areas that needed a little bit of extra attention. Right so every other window cleaning service I explored via yelp wanted more information before they were willing to give me a bid. Eric was the only service that responded with an actual price. I checked with him when he arrived, in the time frame scheduled, and he said yes the price was the same. For the record most of my windows are on the second floor and they are much higher off the ground than we are personally comfortable handling. Eric is the haute couture model for window washers. Showed up (after a follow up call) right away brandishing a soap suds window sponge on the left hip and sparkling squeegee holster on the right. He and his accomplice made quick work of my floor to ceiling windows and did a great job. In fact, the windows were so clean that the very next day a bird, presumably dazzled by the reflection of my dining room's floral centerpiece, decided it was time to stop and smell the roses. Needless to say, the poor creature received a rude awakening - THUD! Right into the glass. Don't worry, the bird was fine, just a tad embarrassed, I imagine. It shook off its confusion, cast a wary eye at the deceiving window, and flew off, probably to warn its friends about the clear and present danger of ultra-clean windows. read more

Eric is wonderful! He initially double-booked himself, the summer is a high-demand season, but was quick to offer a cleaning time within the same weekend. My partner and I have a mix of single-pane and double-pane windows in our 1920s apartment. He did an excellent job of cleaning, as well as scraping off excess paint around the trim. His price was very fair for the windows in my house and he was extremely responsive in his communication on timing & price. Eric is the owner and he brought an additional person to clean ~18 exterior windows. They arrived on time, had everything they needed & finished within 1.5-2 hours. After they left I noticed one window seemed to still have a lot of dust; I texted him & he immediately responded. I provided a photo and he clarified that the window was cleaned except the seal on the window was broken, hence the condensation. The prompt clarification was very helpful. There was a bit of a rough start because there was a car accident on the bridge, so he was 45 minutes late. That said, he was super apologetic and went out of his way to make it right.
