She truly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed before my surgery even began. She thoughtfully offered me a heated blanket, adjusted my pillows, and continuously checked to make sure I was comfortable. More importantly, she brought such a calming and uplifting presence. She made both my aunt and me laugh, and before I knew it, my nerves had completely disappeared. Her sweet compliments, genuine kindness, and willingness to answer every question I had made such a difference during a stressful time. Grace's compassion, professionalism, and ability to make her patients feel truly cared for are remarkable. I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional care she provided and for helping turn what could have been an anxious experience into one filled with comfort and reassurance. Thank you to Grace and the entire team for making me feel so well cared for.

Maybe you should tell your patients before you decide to retire or quit!! I have no text messages,…read moreno emails, no calls, NOTHING! Even on the portal, no announcement. I have been a patient since 2007 and called to get my blood pressure medine renewed with 9 pills left to a phone number disconnected and an office shut down. There is nothing on my patient portal that tells me she was retiring and when I was there there the last time, she said nothing of her retirement. I am left with no one to renew my Rx although the pharmacy has been trying for 30 days and no word. Wasted my time to drive by the office and no one is there either and nothing posted. Who leaves their patients high and dry like this?? DR. WOOD evidently does! Unacceptable and completely inappropriate

Not to mention, I asked her nurse to make sure she drew certain labs and she did but then forgot a particular panel so I had to go back. Steer clear! I am in the medical field and this lady is a bad egg!

From the moment we were taken to the back, Dr. Knox didn't acknowledge us once, not even a simple hello. For a children's practice, that kind of warmth should be given. His assistant made the visit even harder. She avoided eye contact with me throughout our entire interaction, showed no friendliness toward my daughter, and provided zero information about the shots being administered or what side effects to watch for afterward. She gave the injections and walked out without a word. Getting shots is already a stressful experience for little ones. The least a pediatric team can do is help ease that anxiety for both the child and the parent. Unfortunately, that did not happen here. I've seen other providers at this practice who are warm, communicative, and wonderful with kids. Dr. Knox and his assistant do not meet that standard. I won't be requesting him again and wouldn't recommend this particular provider to other parents looking for a children-friendly experience.

It had reached the point where it was affecting nearly every part of my daily life. I appreciated his confidence, balanced with his honesty. He explained the pros and cons of Microdiscectomy, answered every question I had, and never tried to oversell the procedure or promise a miracle. Instead, he confidently told me he could fix the pain that was being caused by my herniated disc, and that's exactly what he did. I woke up from surgery with my sciatic pain completely gone. It was the first time in months I had experienced that kind of relief. I was also impressed with how efficient the entire process was. From my initial consultation to surgery was only about two weeks, and everything was organized and seamless. If you're struggling with back pain and wondering whether to move forward with treatment or surgery from Dr. Adeniran, my experience has been nothing short of outstanding. I'm incredibly grateful for the care I received and would recommend him without hesitation.

The doctor was professional, (a black male), but kept the door cracked while examining me. I guess b/c I was a female, but it was offensive and invaded MY privacy. He decided to refer me for an MRI and said someone would call me from the place. I received no call until November 2023, so I was in pain all that time calling and calling but they kept saying that someone from the office will call me back. After doing the MRI in November, I was called to schedule and appointment. The older, White lady told me that I had a balance. I asked why they didn't send a bill, and she said that she didn't know. I went to my appointment on December 1, 2023, and it was towards the end of the day. There were people in there frustrated. One lady went to the desk and said she had been waiting for an hour already. Another person cancelled their appointment and walked out. When the Hispanic girl took me to a room, I saw AGAIN, someone's CONFIDENTIAL information pulled up on the screen to where anybody could steal information and commit identity theft. But at least this time, the exam paper was fresh. The doctor came in looking agitated. You can tell he didn't read my chart. He started asking me questions as if it were my first visit, so I mentioned I was there for MRI results. He pulled it up on the screen, and said he didn't see anything. He said that I needed to see another type of doctor. That visit was under seven minutes and it was not pleasant. I felt like I was an inconvenience. One of the girls came in and gave me a form inside a plastic sleeve to take to the counter to check out. She said she would schedule me with another type of specialist. I walk to the front desk to pay my balance, but no one was there. I waited for a while, and suddenly, a White girl came out of the back and asked why I was still there. She then said that the lady I needed to see was "gone for the day", and they were closing. I explained that I had a balance, but she said, "We'll just bill you", as she put her hand on my back and guided me out the door. It was unbelievable. She didn't even take the exam paper from me. Today, January 5, 2024, I went to the office to pay my balance because I STILL hadn't received a bill (knowing I had a balance and did not want it to go to collections). No one was at the front desk again, but a White girl was sitting at a computer near the desk but further back. I told her that I was there to pay a bill, and she said the person wasn't there. She asked me for my name and birthdate, but I told that I didn't feel comfortable saying it out loud b/c there were people in the waiting room. I handed out the document that was in the plastic sleeve from the previous visit b/c it had all the information she needed. She got up with an attitude, looked at it, and said something like, "You will need to call and find out what your bill is and pay it". I explained that I was there to pay it then. She said that they couldn't take a payment. I explained that I've had a bill since Sept and had tried to pay it twice. I then asked who I was supposed to pay it through. She suddenly had an attitude then threw my document on the FLOOR and walked away to her desk. I said, "Wow. Did you just throw my document on the floor?!", and she said, "It's because you! Nothing!". So, I said, "Well, that's professional. I just want to know how I can pay my bill. Don't take it personal". Then she started rambling under her breath. So, I said, "What is this fourth grade! You just had a tantrum and you're not even apologetic about it. This is your place of business", and she just kept talking under her breath. I told her that I was going to make sure that the doctor heard about this, and she said, "Fine! Go ahead!". She handed me a phone number on a sticky note then yelled as I walked away, "Have a nice day!". DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

She sits with you and talks to you and makes you feel comfortable. It also doesn't feel like a typical doctor's office where you can't relax and you feel on edge the whole time. A lot of times doctors rush in and out and you feel like they listened to you. She's listening and she's taking it all in and she cares deeply. I would say I highly recommend her, but it's a catch-22. With writing this review I think she's wonderful, but at the same time I like being able to get my appointments with her. Also, my 11-year-old daughter sees her and just loves her. We followed her from Midlothian because neither one of us wanted to find a different doctor. She's just so great.

Katherine Pederson, DO, MS 1757 Broad Park Cir N #201,…read moreMansfield, TX 76063 Family practice physician I advise anyone using katherine Perderson to review your billing and make sure your insurance was billed for what was actually performed. I was hoping the manager of the facility in mansfield would call me back again how she said she would, so we could resolve this issue. (But after the first call i have not heard back. )Simply because "the doctor" says they performed something doesn't make it true. There was no thorough investigation done. This billing issue was dismissed way too quickly. Anyone can be "nice" and willing to listen, but there actions after is what pushed me to write this review and make others aware. 1. Appointment was made for a first visit that they said was mandatory to establish a relationship. When we arrived to apt. We specifically stated to several employees before being called to the back no physical exam was going to be done. Weight was taken, lungs were heard, blood was drawn. Doctor Katherine advised to schedule physical soon on the next visit. Before leaving the office they told me doctor katherine had changed the visit code and billed for yearly physical. Which they also looked confused as to why. No one had answers. I had to wait till manager called later that day. I told the manager We were told several times by several employees it was just a first visit to establish relationship. And $10 copay was charged, manager did refund after I first spoke with her. But the $10 is not what bothered me it was the doctors actions. All I wanted was for them to code the billing correctly or actually perform a thorough physical exam and any professional that cares would. But instead was told that the doctor may not be a good fit for us. And that she was attesting she did perform it. So they couldn't do anything about it. After talking more with manager, she said she had to talk to katherine again and would call me back the next day. I waited until about 1pm and called them since i had not recieved a call. And was told manager was in a meeting. She advised the employee assisting me to read off the notes. I didnt think that was professional. The employee said she would have manager call me back. I was expecting a solution of either billing code correction or a thorough physical exam performed, not the bare minimum. Which just really makes me sad. In person the doctor seems great it's the behind the scenes actions like billing that I don't understand how a doctor can take advantage of patients like that. If what she did was a physical she definitely did the bare minimum required to get away with coding the visit as a physical. So please review your bills, it's something that most of us don't normally do and just pay. Or we don't look because it's covered by insurance, without realizing our insurance is paying for things we didn't even have done.
