Phone calls are not returned in a timely manner and text messages oftentimes go unanswered. We contracted with this firm after an automobile accident by an uninsured motorist in October 2016. I lost quite a bit of time off from work to attend chiropractic sessions and when we completed we asked for status to settle. No response. After asking again, we were told we were in arbitration. Fast forward to Dec 18 2019 and the firm receives payment from my insurance firm. I received a text message asking for authorization to sign and deposit. We granted permission and were told that we'd have our split after the check cleared along with a deposit into our account. Again we were told we'd have a deposit in by Monday Dec 23 2019. Complete silence for the following four days and then a response on Jan 6 2020 that they'd work on the draft as they were working on distribution after settling with the hospital. About another week of waiting and we finally receive distribution paperwork. We sign the releases on Jan 9 2020 and were told that they couldn't deposit into our bank account. A check was supposedly in the mail but it never arrived. I asked for the mail date and the response was "yes". Jan 23 2020 I was sent a text asking if I received a check yet... my reply was no. They told me if I didn't get a check by 1/24/2020 they would draft a new one and send it via three day mail. Mail takes two no more than four days to go across state lines and it's been over two weeks. I don't comprehend how a check for that amount was sent via regular mail vs certified. As I stated, it's disappointing to leave this review as they have failed to follow through on their end...

First, the secretaries have a bad attitude, they leave you hanging on the phone, and you can't give an opinion because they know everything. Second, the lawyers tell you that everything is fine in your case and let time pass without helping you. On several occasions, I had to inspect my documents and see that the diagnosis or the results went wrong for my case to move forward. On other occasions, I had to investigate what type of doctor I should go to get my diagnosis because neither the lawyers nor the doctors refer to another doctors to help you. They want you to stay with them to benefit themselves without caring how your health worsens. Finally, on several occasions, my mental health was in crisis due to the desperation that no one helped me, and very time I felt in poor health, I came to speak with families to ask to take care my children in case one day I die. After seven years, the insurance company gave me a proposal to drop the case, and the lawyers told me that it was fine, that it was all they could do even though I had tests that showed that I had terrible health, since the doctor lied in the diagnosis. I had to do the lawyer's job, doing research and making court calls. I realized that I could fire my lawyer and that I had the right to demand that the insurance company approve me with the necessary doctors that I needed. Leaving the court to fire attorney Singer, I bumped into attorney Marialousa N. Lizarraga who works at "Angel Cty Law Los Angeles"; what attorney Singer couldn't do in seven years attorney Marialouisa did in a month. She represented me with all her experience, and the insurance company agreed to give me more than double. Lawyer Singer and Angel only they told me that I could not ask for other doctors and that the insurance would not compensate me more.
