We were loyal…read morecustomers for several years, and throughout those years, we gave John and his office repeated attempts to correct the many errors that constantly plagued us. Incorrect address for at least three years, they could NEVER get our billing information correctly situated (meaning, every month we'd get a phone call regarding payment because they can't do their jobs properly), nobody is ever available to speak too at the office, they do not abide by their posted office hours (I called over sixteen times from 9am-10:30am with no answer. I even left a stern voicemail and STILL have not received a return phone call), my name has been incorrectly spelled on all of our documents since we first became policy holders (we all know how forgiving law enforcement is right...?!? ~sarcasm), and to top it all off - State Farm now sublets their 24/7 claims department to a third party vendor. If you've ever dealt with a third party vendor, you would understand that they are worthless. They have nothing to lose and nothing to gain, and they are not held accountable for ANYTHING. Now tell me, does this sound like something you would want to rely on when chaos is or has been knocking at your door?!? I think not... We all rely on our insurance company and agent to be there for us when the SHTF, yet at no time have we felt confident in John or his office/company to take care of us when bad things happen. Insurance is supposed to be a safety net, yet ours was full of gaping holes. So I ask you this with the greatest respect: Stop, take a moment and ask yourself; is this the person/company I want to depend on when my family and property have been subjected to the chaos of the world... Would you feel comfortable knowing that this person and his insurance agency that he represents, will take care of you and your families needs when this uncertainty arises? Unbelievable…read more... I've been a client of hers for over 2 years and it started off great. Today I had to put in a request to cancel my policy and the conversation started off okay, as soon as she heard I'm canceling..things turned 180 and she said in a brutal tone that I have to draft a letter and fax it to her(agency rules...I never had to do this) then the phone went silent. Called her again.. no answer.. lucky I was able to get it taken care of with a brief conversation with the insurance company. I get it, losing clients suck and it was an unfortunate situation. We have to remember to do what's right regardless and despite the terrible exit scenario, she was a good Agent prior to this.
