Recently, I had a technician out on a Sunday because my system wasn't cooling. He informed me that the compressor was "shot" and that I needed a new one. He followed up the next day with an almost $6000 quote for the compressor. I asked him for the part number. The part is 1500-1800 online. Aspire wanted to charge me $4000 for installation and refrigerant. I did ask them to send a comfort consultant to give me a price on a new unit so that I could weigh my options which they did with urgency. I had a second opinion on the compressor from another company. That technician showed me where there is nothing wrong with the compressor. It needed some refrigerant. Aspire is either incompetent with the repair or they were jacking the price up in order to sell me a new unit. I do not recommend this company.

Fearing the worst, I was pleasantly surprised to learn the service call and replacement part would only cost $150. I have NEVER had a tradesman come to my home for under $250. With guest coming to stay at our home we reached out to a friend who charge the unit and got back running with no issues. The warranty company requested better documentation and photos to support Eastbend diagnose. Eastbend came back out and suddenly, their entire story changed- they then claimed the unit was "fine" and did not need any repairs. So which is it? Beyond repairs or perfectly fine? this level of inconstancy is very unprofessional and raises serious concerns about the accuracy and honesty of their assessments. Based on my experience, we would strongly advise other to avoid using Eastbend. We have zero confidence in their evaluation and would not use them again under any circumstances.
