They moved about 3 miles away into a bigger, much nicer storefront in the North Gate Plaza. It's super easy to get to, on Edgewater Drive just north of Lee Road. Anyone who has lived around Central Florida for a while knows these guys have been around for over 50 years, so I was thrilled to see they just needed more space to expand. Sure enough, Jonathan knew what I needed. He first made sure that the charger port's pin was in place. He then opened a replacement charger box from his shelf - unfortunately none of the plugs were the right size. He pondered and then said: Samsung is a 12 volt product, I have an idea. Went in the back and came back with another charger. He set it to 12 volts and this one also had a small enough plug. Stuck the charger plug in and tried to turn on the Chromebook. No luck and I was about to give up. Jonathan said: Take your time - the battery needs a few minutes!" Sure enough - the Chromebook was working again. Customer Service above and beyond! Local Business! - Give them all the business you can, I will!
