The technician recognized me shortly after I entered the store, took my name and asked me to be patient...I agreed. In about 15 minutes I was called. I needed to have a new cellphone activated. The Technician was very professional, worked on my phone and in about 30 minutes she was finished. Frankly I was impressed with how well the techs took care of its waiting customers. While friendly, they seemed to know their craft and exibited genuine interest in the customer, did not try to sell me a bunch of snake oil.....this was exceptional service. I called to discount my service as of March 13th but was told my service will not be disconnected until the next billing cycle which is April 4. I have never any such thing. I was surprised to see that they charge my account for the bill not is not yet due until March 27th only because I just signed up for auto pay when I made my February payment. I was not forewarned. It is exhausting dealing with this terrible company. The biggest regret of my life. BE WARNED !!!! Please don't do business with this company.
