I decided at the beginning to reserve the iphone 18 pro max 512gb because it just came out 3 days ago and didn't want to risk coming to the store and finding out it was sold out. I contacted Apple and helped me place an order over the phone and I was told it would be ready for pick up between 5:45 - 6pm. I was told I would receive a notification when it was ready prior to pick up. I placed the order 2 hrs prior to getting off work. At 5pm I went to the store and arrived at 5:30pm. I still hadn't received notification, but I was thinking I could come to the store and pick up a little bit earlier since it was presumed "reserved " for me at this designated store. I come to find out they couldn't help me because they didn't have the notice on their system to release the phone and was advised to wait between 5:45-6pm. I waited until 6:20pm and still no notification. I contacted Apple customer service and was told to still wait and that it could possibly take a few days!!! I bought the phone so I can get it right away. I decide to go back to Apple store and see if I can buy it, again and simply cancel the other order. I had enough credit in my credit so I was willing to do that, but the supervisor gave me an attitude and said to I should wait for the confirmation and didn't listen or checked to see if they have one in stock. Lucky the other non supervisor was super helpful and sold me iphone after she confirmed they had one in stock. All that fuzz. Very unprofessional service from supervisor. And every time I visit this store, same level of very poor service. They don't greet you when you come in the door. They indiscriminately choose who they want to serve. There's no ticketing system. They have a horrible selection of phones. A huge store with, like, 10 phones. The staff is constantly being overturned. The manager of the entire store has got to be one of the worst that I've seen in my two decades plus experience with AT&T. I've got to have been with them at least 15 to 20 years. So I've been to stores up and down the United States, but this is by far the worst. I visited this store over four times, and I tend to be fair about these types of judgments. But by far the worst store in the AT&T chain. Yeah, and the value is just not there. They recommend the wrong programs, they don't know any of the actual programs that AT&T offers. The employees are very poorly trained. Above all, this has got to be a store that's one of the rudest stores that I've seen. We were in a store, they had almost 5-6 reps in there, not a single person greets you when you come through the door. They don't know the programs, and most people leave out of it just very angry and very very upset. So it's a disappointing experience.
