I have not been getting the proper service and a technician has visited twice with no improvement on WIFI. It keeps disconnecting or it freezes. I called to discount my service as of March 13th but was told my service will not be disconnected until the next billing cycle which is April 4. I have never any such thing. I was surprised to see that they charge my account for the bill not is not yet due until March 27th only because I just signed up for auto pay when I made my February payment. I was not forewarned. It is exhausting dealing with this terrible company. The biggest regret of my life. BE WARNED !!!! Please don't do business with this company. The package seems attractive but a total failure and a waste of time. Extremely disappointing!!!!

Luckily she found Always Recovering Junk! They scheduled her for 12nn today and arrived early at 11:40am. The owner greeted us with his business card and they came in ready for work. My mom showed them what she needed taken and I think we blinked maybe 5 times and everything was gone. They even had a very heavy difficult to maneuver 8 seat dining table, that they brought in tools to quickly take apart and break down. Very efficient!!! They were very nice and was in and out. No bumps on the walls, no scratches. You barely knew they were here. I would highly recommend this company for your hauling services.

We honestly were disappointed in the quality of the work. The grout is not consistently spread (we will live with that), but the Schluter trim was crooked and the silicone used where the tile meets the countertop had to be re-done. We also asked them to do some additional cleanup work on removing excess grout from tile.

I am a long time sprint customer and I was so happy to learn not only was there a new Sprint authorized dealer near my home but they were also giving out a FREE Iwalk battery charger just for stopping by. I stopped in over a month ago and was advised they were out if the iwalk however I could reedem my coupon and add my name to a wait list...no problem... I added my name and I went on with my life. After a few weeks I received a text from a # I did not recognize advising the iwalk was now available. Problem is that in an effort to save time, the STORE MANAGER had mass text myself and 41 OTHER SPRINT CUSTOMERS to advise the device was in. My number and 41 other numbers were clearly visable in the text chain. I was then overloaded with rely to all texts the rest of the day, but it gets MUCH WORSE!!! When I went to the store with my 4 minor kids and advised the manager of my concern regarding the BREECH OF MY PRIVACY the store manager told me by putting my name on the list they had the right to give my account number and proceed to argue with me. Rather then deal with an irrate employee, I told him I would call Sprint right then and there to discuss my concern. The store manager proceed to tell me I could not call Sprint on my own cell from his store and that I had to leave. I Remained in the store and called Sprint and the store manager proceed to call the WV State Police and actually had tax payers waste money having the state police come to the store just to advise no crime has been commited!!! To make it all worse once I received my CAD number to use in a possible lawsuit, I also asked for the girls name that had been behind the counter since she was a witness to the while fiasco and she advised she didn't even work there and she was just the MANAGERS DAUGHTER!!! I am so beyond upset regarding the whole ordeal and I am pursuing legal recourse as Sprint can only do an internal investigation and possibly severe vendor relations. Hopefully some of the other 41 people in the mass text have also complained. I can tell you for sure that if by some small chance I remain a Sprint customer after this ordeal I will NEVER VISIT THE SPRINT AUTHORIZED DEALER located in the Spring Mills shopping center. They are rude, unprofessional and completely idioic to think mass texting customer account numbers to other customers is a good time save.

Came in without calling or making and appointment. Located off 40 (take the Middletown exit on 70 it's across from the Weis). I brought my iPhone in and was immediately helped (smile included). My phone was immediately priced out ($120 is not bad at all for an entire new screen and screen cover) and the repair was only to take an hour as a part was going to be delivered from their Gaithersburg location. I have a 14 and if they don't have the part for your phone it's nice they have another store they can access. Great experience, good price. Will be back as I drop my phone a lot. They have cases too!
