Although, yes, this happened to me just now. His excuse was, HUNGER!!!! I literally heard him tell this to another employee that pleaded with him to calm down while he was yelling at us. My father and I left as I said loudly, yet more politely than he was. Unfortunately I have to return with my mother, as the phone is under her name, but I can certainly promise you, that I will not at all be speaking to that rude boy. We recently changed service to TMobile from ATT. We were…read moreparticularly impressed with the knowledge and service from Sonny at the West Boynton Beach location. We were not sure that we wanted to switch, but he carefully explained the advantages of TMobile. We were not able to complete the setup because we had the incorrect Apple Password. When we returned two days later to complete the setup we found that this location was temporarily closed because an employee tested Covid 19 positive. We went to the Military Trail Delray Beach location. There Yvette helped us complete the setup. She was also knowledgeable and helpful. These two representatives (Sonny at West Boynton and Yvette at Delray Beach) made us feel very welcome and happy that we switched to TMobile.
