The convenience of being able to pay my bill here instead of having to drive to Town Square or the Sunset Station area is convenient. On all of my visits, the Associates have been friendly. The slight downside has been that when I pay with a $100 bill, oftentimes they have not had change. No worries. This difference is credited to my bill. From my visits here, I have seen them go out of their way to help customers. One time, where I was understandedly delayed in line, the Associate took the time to make phone calls to get the customer in front of me set up.     Vitra Verizon is not a corporate Verizon store. And it is situated at the northeast corner of McCarran Marketplace by Eastern at Russell. It is around a half-mile one-way walk to Walmart. It is a corner store with plenty of sunlight that radiates over their display cases of the latest Verizon devices and shelves of accessories. In this brightly lit store the customer service counter is in the back. The closest I had ever been to considering looking for a device here is when I asked the Associate about a trade-in offer. He was honest and said that the S-7 does not apply to it. Without being aggressive, he mentioned a couple of other devices that may be suitable for me. The reality is that I will most likely buy my device from the Verizon Corporate store or a chain that I feel provide a better selection with prices.    I appreciate the convenience of paying my Verizon bill locally. It is a convenience that will most likely bring me back to this Vitra Verizon.

That employee tells him, let me finish with them and I'll take care of you. Really? I'm definitely getting upset now. To make it worse the 4 of them sit and chit chat about nothing for a few minutes until Bill paying guy can't wait any longer and leaves. Another man walks in the door and the employee asks me what I need done. He informs me there's a $40 charge for that. We were told on the customer service line that I could go to any store, the would take care of it with no cost. So I called the customer service. The woman on the line once again said there should not be a charge. By now its be way past the extra 30 minute wait. I left, never ever to return to this man with 0 customer service skills who is clearly putting in his hours to complete his day!

I don't know if he is diagnosable but we could not deal with him anymore and he refused to compromise and let us out early of our contract even if we paid half of what was left just to be rid of him and he refused so we were stuck paying him several thousand dollars until it expired and we still had to let him know to cancel so the contract did not automatically renew (which it did so READ THE FINE PRINT). Yet he won't work with you unless you sign on for at least a year if I remember correctly. He was awful to work with even though one of his team members was great but clearly frustrated with how many people quit because they too cannot tolerate his odd and completely off putting personality and behaviour. AVOID!
