When I created the contract in U.S.A they didn't enable Autopay which would later turn out to be extremely inconvenient. If you do not pay they suspend your phone so you cannot make calls or texts, which sounds fair enough but when you want to pay and get use of your phone back the website (TMobile website) for processing the online payments takes absolutely ages to process the payment and eventually times out and you start over. Obviously you cannot call T Mobile because your phone has no signal so when you try and wifi call them (online payment and VOIP are the only ways to pay) the phone line is very volatile and fragile, meaning the staff often mishear you, they do apologise for this but sometimes it isn't their fault. I don't know if this has happened to anyone else. It's okay as a phone company but there are probably better telecoms companies out there in N. America. They were the cheapest for me.

I had already explained my 'broken' phone could not be turned on so I could not receive her text message to verified whatever code she is sending... T-Mobile as a company need to do better with the verification process for online services/calls. Why make customer set up two step authentication or code verification etc only to send them to the store with an photo id? Especially after waiting a hour and some minutes to get a representative on the phone?? Anyways, I digress. These poor reps at Bridge Street had me walking in 15mins before their store close. If I was them, I'd be annoyed but Wes greeted me and tried to help me. His partner was kind enough to keep trying to when the e-sim wouldn't registered or whatever it does through their system. I truly felt bad and shown up 15min prior to closing. But I was so annoyed with the service I had on the phone & I was without a phone for three days! They stay after store hour closed and they didn't rush me out. I kept apologizing yet they were nice about it and told me no worries. Thanks guys! It was much appreciated!

Today I reviewed my bill which is over $100 too high. This had happened before. After I enlighten them to their mistakes again, I will look for a different carrier. I can't believe they have a customer service representative who barely speaks English..., I had difficulty understanding them. Right on par with a declining company. Good luck, I believe you will need it if they collect your phone bill.
