We needed a short term copy/printer/scanner rental for the makeshift office we were setting up. Boston Harbor Hotel suggested we reach out to Bob and his team at Copy Pro. They worked with us on a short term rental and had everything delivered and set up before we even arrived on site. In the process of my team setting up the rest of the room, they discovered that two (2) of the printers we shipped up from Miami arrived broken. I again reached out to Copy Pro for assistance the day before trial started. Imagine my surprise when Bob (the owner) got on the phone himself and offered help me. Since he had several techs at a seminar that day, he personally delivered 3 additional printers for our team, got it all set up and tested to make sure everything was working before he left. I was extremely pleased with the service and quality of the copiers my firm contracted during a trial in Boston. If we needed anything from Copy-Pro, the response time was fast - even on a Sunday - and they couldn't be nicer. I sent an email to the sales rep who assured me we would be getting great service. After leasing the copier for less than two months, we've encountered several issues and requested we waive the service fee as the machine has been unable to do the most basic function: print. Within two weeks we began to experience many issues. When I contacted the sales rep on 04/06/16, he ignored not only my request but my email. Although, when we were drafting up the contract he replied promptly to every one of my emails. The issues have persisted with the machine, with executives not having the capability to print nor scan items. We are a business and rely on this machine heavily and are paying a lot for inadequate service. I do not recommend this company. read more
