Second time was this week (new phone) for back cover replacement due to non-functional power button, again staff was very helpful and answered all my questions, they estimated 48 hours for repairs, I checked in a few hours before the 48 hour mark, got a nonspecific response, then a notification within the hour that the phone was ready.
