I called the office and the number given on the recording. Then 1 hour later, Gina called me back, all upset.. haha saying, I have 5 kids and you call this early.. Haha wow... Lady I was just following direction from the answering machine... she was rude and snotty.. actually said, if you are not happy, don't use our service.... Wow, First of all.. you admitted you had a new driver that made a mistake... You are the contracted hauler... You are paid monthly for your service.... That means YOU actually work for me... I'm your client... You made a mistake.. where the hell do you get off catching an attitude? I do not care you have 5 kids... you are a business, you gave the number to call if there is a problem. Do NOT use this company! They have gotten too big for their britches !!! Joe... you should control your wench. If you perform a paid service for me, and YOU MADE A MISTAKE... do NOT catch an attitude with me, Im not the one who made an error.

It quite a few washer sizes to choose from but only has 3-4 large washers. They do get busy during peak hours and especially on Wednesdays when they have free drying so if you have a large load prepare to split it or wait if all the large washers are in use. After all the ugliness of my uncles illness and feeling like I was thrown to the wolves at the hospital, to say that I was overwhelmed with the events that took place over the past few weeks would be an understatement. My thoughts were scattered and I was emotionally numb. I called Flynn funeral home at a most unorthodox hour and was stunned when Tommy Flynn answered the phone. Stunned. He was kind and patient and addressed my fumbling, babbling questions and requests and made me feel understood and most of all, like I was not sounding slightly insane. It turns out that Tommy has an excellent working relationship with the hospital where my uncle died and was able to expedite the process of having my uncle cremated remains and even the death certificates available in less than 72 hours. Tommy was more than professional and respectful, he was humble and so kind. So kind. I can't emphasize that enough. He didn't try to upsell me and he explained everything very well.
