For the longest time they've picked up Wed morning around 9am, then on 4/8 they show up at 4am... nobody on our road had their cans out. I got up, dressed and raced through town to find them... they were gone. So I called the office number, followed the recording that said," Hi Im Gina, Roll off Joe's wife, if you need service call my cell number and leave a message... thats what I did. I called the office and the number given on the recording. Then 1 hour later, Gina called me back, all upset.. haha saying, I have 5 kids and you call this early.. Haha wow... Lady I was just following direction from the answering machine... she was rude and snotty.. actually said, if you are not happy, don't use our service.... Wow, First of all.. you admitted you had a new driver that made a mistake... You are the contracted hauler... You are paid monthly for your service.... That means YOU actually work for me... I'm your client... You made a mistake.. where the hell do you get off catching an attitude? I do not care you have 5 kids... you are a business, you gave the number to call if there is a problem. Do NOT use this company! They have gotten too big for their britches !!! Joe... you should control your wench. I called to ask some questions about the size of the cans, and cost, and immediately became a customer. He's local (Chester, I think).
