I dropped an order off this morning and asked for their recommendation on how to get a ketchup stain out of my shirt, I had just been eating in the car. I was asked to hand over my shirt and within fifteen minutes the stain was removed, the shirt pressed, and I was ready for today's meetings. It's chill. I like that I can get all my grocery shopping done as my clothes wash or dry. It's rare that I ever have to wait for the size machines I prefer, although it can get busy. It's not as clean as it was kept when it first opened, but it's cleaner than other area laundromats. There is no mildew smell. I wish there was a sloop sink. The dryers take forever to dry. I'll sometimes take my clothes to another laundromat to dry or finish drying.

My biggest qualm is that they can be selective about who they'll fix an issue for. One afternoon I had loaded all my clothes in one of the largest washers, and it didn't wash. I asked for my money back and was told there was nothing she could do. A guy tried to use the washer and experienced the same issue. He threw a big stink and the attendant rushed to transfer his clothes into another washer and paid for it. This was a long time ago but left a bad taste in my mouth. I'll occasionally go if I'm in the area, but this location isn't my preference based on that incident and the smell.
