I have been with Sprint for over 17 years. It was time to make a change outside of the fact that I got no signal with them at my home. I switched to Verizon I will say momentarily because I was only with them for two days. They're lousy service made me think twice about who to go to. My brother had Metro by T-Mobile. I have noticed since he's lived in my home he's had 4G & five bars all day everyday. So I went to Metro by T Mobile Foley girls there were fantastic even when I was being a butthead. I think if you really need a phone with great customer service and fantastic price. The Metro by T-Mobile you need to go to is the one on South McKenzie near County Road 12th in the shopping center right there. They are fantastic and their service is beyond belief. read more

This store meets the normal. It is not as busy which is nice. It is close to my home. I have bought over 5 phones here and the staff is nice. I am very disappointed in the management. Over a week ago, I called the management to tell them that this store's phone does not call out. I explained that you are able to call the store but you could not dial out. I expect a CELL PHONE STORE to have a working phone for the customers to use. I needed to call customer service at the store. I was informed by the store employee (who did not have on a mask but told me to wear one) that the store phone had not work for months. She reported it and there was nothing more she could do. No, she would not let me use her personal phone. No, the cell phone store did not have a cell phone for customers to use. Sorry the land line is broke. I could go to another store for help. I believe the owner is not from the USA therefore does not realize we have a standard expectation on how to run a professional business. I will not buy use this store in the future. I have called 5 times. I really do not understand why they are avoiding me. I was asking for owner to replace the broken land phone. read more
