I google and find this place with my battery in stock and go to the store in my aunts car to pick up the battery. the gentlemen working had no clue about car batteries. to make matters worse my phone died. he ends up finding my battery and we go to check out and I scanned my card and it says approved but it didn't print a receipt. So the guy goes to the next computer and trys to ring me up AGAIN. Absolutely not. He told me to pull up my online banking to prove it went through. But my phone was dead. The gentleman makes me drive all the way home to get my phone charger so I can show him that my card was charged. wouldn't give me the battery until I could prove it went through. I go home and grab my charger and he calls me on my way back saying that everything is fine and I can come get the battery. When I show up he still asks to prove it went through on my end. I had to go home swap my batteries and come back for a third time to return my core. I'm not even sure the receipt he did print for me was even mine. Long story short. I know a dead car battery is never easy or quick but if you want to make your day longer/harder/more frustrating THIS IS THE PLACE.
