She then had me come in at different times(5X) and tries to hustle me, by trying to sell me some of their jewelry that has about as much value as a fake diamond. I have wasted my time and her texts continue with her bull shit and deceit. After waiting 3 years, I still have no Rolex from Lucido's and she continues to send me her BS texts. I kept asking Jeremy the Proj Mgr to come and see what was going on. He NEVER came not once. Look up my old reviews to know my complaints have been ongoing. I have pictures, text and email communications (including those I sent that never received a response). Finally two 'bathroom techs' came to look at my complaints (different from the install techs) and found ALL my complaints were justified and they saw first hand all the issues I was continually complaining about. Jeremy would have seen that I was justified complaining if he would have honored even one of my requests and see the crap that was going on. I called the office about a chalazion in my eye and asked when I could come in they told me they can squeeze me in 30 minutes from them. I came early was called back in 2 minutes and then the doctor was in quickly after. I saw Dr. Clune and he is super nice and kind and put me at ease about my eye problem.
