THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER 2. their website is…read moretrash and they know it and don't care, customer service will tell you to get the app because the website seems like it was thrown together by a few elementary school kids 3. trying to get connected to a customer service agent is nearly impossible, so once you get one, hold on as long as you can 4. I have spent more time with customer service than i have with any other company in my lifetime (which is a long time) 5. Chatting with customer service for well over an hour and chatted with 3 different people and not one of them was able to understand my questions and ended up making changes to my account i didn't ask for and then tells me oh well, take it or leave it 6. customer service will tell you one thing, then you go to the physical store and they just look at you like you grew a third arm from your forehead trying to make sense of what you were told by customer service 7. internet/cable providers have a monopoly agreement and therefore you can pay their ridiculous prices or go without 8. bundle and save?
