I needed to get some posters laminated, and they seemed very put off by the request and even suggested I go to Hobby Lobby to see if they could be framed cheaper. I was told I couldn't wait for them because it takes two hours at least to laminate 10 posters (18x24). I was fine with that, but I was told they would call when they were done. Well, no one ever called me. The next day I called and was told they weren't done yet, they had to be "trimmed out" and the person answering the call "wasn't told anything about them". Neither of these issues are my problem, they've had 24 hours to produce the laminated posters and likely wouldn't have done it them if I didn't call; even after they said they would be done in 2 hours. Mind you, I'm paying over $100 to have these laminated! This was originally a "1", but Tassie at the store was very professional and kind. Her actions got them another star.

I could not be more pleased with my visit to the UPS store…read more I had a large framed painting to ship to Texas. The whole procedure from measuring the painting to calculating the cose was done in less than 2 minutes. Then I presented the representative with a box of four items to be returned to Amazon. He helped me find my order on line, print it out, and pack it as well. He did not have to do that but took the time to make sure that each step was done correctly.
