I was late for the appointment and was received cordially and the work promptly done. Since I need another vehicle inspection this month and did not have the contact information stored I went on line to get the phone number. I was amazed to find only one review - a very negative review. It is difficult to believe it was for the same operation. Doing most of my own work on our vehicles I had encountered a small problem properly filling the differential oil that I had changed because the vehicle was tilted on the jack stands. The folks at Chuck Glenn checked the fluid and brought it to the proper level with fluid I provided while the vehicle was level on their lift for inspection - at no charge. While this only took a few minutes the courtesy of the mechanic and peace of mind knowing the differential was properly filled were greatly appreciated. I offered to pay for this service and was informed that if was their pleasure to help me out. Obviously my experience was radically different from the previous reviewer. I have scheduled another vehicle for inspection with Glenn's Garage and look forward to seeing them again.
