First time visiting Metro Cigars, and I was impressed by the massive cigar selection in their humidor. Prices were reasonable, and they carried a great assortment of accessories, from personal humidors to torches and other smoking essentials. The shop was clean, well-lit, and had plenty of parking. They also made great use of their space with multiple smoking areas, including an outdoor patio, plus TVs and a full-service bar. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable about their products, and helpful when needed. My only complaint is that they close at 8 PM. Overall, a great spot with a solid selection, fair prices, and a welcoming atmosphere. read more

Great place to hang out with friends enjoying a nice cigar and beverage. My only complaint was that the lighting was too bright, sort of hurt the vibe for me a bit. I sat at the bar and felt like spot lights were shining down on me. I did ask the staff if they could dim the lights, but they said nobody there has the ability to touch the lighting, I guess it's on an app or something. Breathe. Cigar connoisseurs..... take a puff...! Metro Cigars is a fantastic place to enjoy friends, a game, a drink, your significant other..... and a good cigar or two.! Any place of business must tell you two things, "Welcome" and "We have what you need, and maybe what you always wanted. They have a fully stocked bar( which I personally don't care for..... when I drive NO alcohol enters my body...personal preference...). A great cigar ( or two ) and a good robust cup of coffee is great for me. They have the brands most consumed by the most selective of cigar lovers. If they don't have it.... Go ahead and give them a chance and let them order it for you, but with any good cigar bar... BE PATIENT!!' I prefer to take my cigars home. I have only been to a handful of cigar bars and this ranks up at the top for a cigar lounge and an awesome selection in their HUGE humidor. I went here the other week for their Happy Hour special of 2 for 1 drinks and when you guy 3 cigars you get the 4th free for the featured brand that week. It is a strip mall yet once you walk in, you see the full bottles of scotch they sell. Then you see the huge humidor, which takes up about 1/3 of the space and has the largest selection of cigars in the area. They have a bar that seats around 10 with a great beer fridge of around 30-40 craft beers to select from. the wine and cocktail list are good as well. Grab a cigar, get a cocktail, and lounge on the leather couches and chat it up with the people there or watch some sports on their big screen. read more

Found my new favorite cigar bar in the Milwaukee area. I travel a lot for a living and am always looking for the great local spots for a smoke and drink to wind down the day. I stopped by here and have to say the hospitality and decor are some of the best I've experienced. Great humidor with what seems like every possible cigar and great conversation. Wow! This place has top notch customer service. I was greated with immediately by a friendly employee. He was extremely personable and seemed to really enjoy what he does. I knew what brand I wanted and he showed me the case and gave me a suggestion of another to try given. It wasn't a pushy sale but a genuine suggestion catering to my likes. This probably has to be the top customer service that I've ever experienced. I'll make it a point to drop in when I am in town and get some cigars. Metro has a very good selection in their walk in humidor. I also like the selection of accessories. What sets this establishment apart from others is the bar and TV/Cigar lounge. You can sit down, watch TV, have a drink and enjoy a cigar right there. read more
