5.5% APR for the mortgage rates. No one ever picks up the phone. I'm a bit disgusted and full of regret.

Great customer service and personal bankers have always been available when needed. I HATE the parking lot here. It's crowded, dirty and a ton of foot traffic. That said between security at the Publix and Chase, I feel completely safe and I can always find a parking spot.

After nearly 28 years with JPMorgan Chase, I recently ended my career at the Eagles Landing branch…read morein Stockbridge, Georgia. Throughout my tenure I consistently showed up for my team and clients, including periods when the branch was short-staffed or when coworkers were on extended leave. Like many long-term employees in retail banking, I adapted to changing systems, product requirements, and sales expectations over the years. My decision to leave ultimately came down to a lack of transparency around compensation and performance communication. During a conversation regarding bereavement leave, I discovered that I had not received a raise, something that had not been communicated to me beforehand. After nearly three decades of service, learning about a compensation decision in that way was disappointing and unexpected. Employees dedicate years of loyalty to an organization and deserve clear communication about compensation decisions and performance evaluations. Transparency in these areas is essential to maintaining trust and morale among long-tenured staff. JPMorgan Chase is a large institution with strong resources and opportunities, but my experience highlights how important open communication and recognition of long-term employees can be within local branch environments. I am grateful for the many clients and colleagues I worked with over the years and wish them well moving forward.

Today my mother and I had an appointment with Diego C, to address closed account of my father. Who…read moremy mom is his POA and he passed away which caused for several questions regarding questions from letter sent from the bank. I specifically asked since we didn't have the death certificate with us would the certificate of cremation be something relevant regarding this matter? Diego then reads the letter in front of me pointing out the obvious that has been already read over on my behalf. I then interjected stating I am not saying I don't understand the letter and all, just was "BRINGING IT TO YOUR ATTENTION THAT I HAVE THIS FORM". Diego then replies "AND I AM BRINGING IT TO YOUR ATTENTION IT STATES WE NEED THE DEATH CERTIFICATE" ... I immediately pulled back and say nothing further to him because for whatever reason his dialogue was pretty offensive especially during this tough and touchy time of the passing of my father. I want to bring awareness to humans that we should just do better in how we communicate and look at ourselves, how it can come across from the outside looking in. My response personally would of been some dialogue along this " I understand (which creates the empathy from the person to cx) that you have that document, however the company guidelines are requiring the deaths certificate be provided, no alternative form can override this (bring awareness that this is not your policy but the companies and supports your position from the perspective of legalities).... Food for thought that is all.
