I actually stayed at one of the condos via AirBnB rental with my husband and our dogs during our week long vacation about 1.5 weeks ago. The condo that we were in was a 2 bedroom, 1 bath. There is a small backyard (but with such close proximity to your neighbor, you are not getting much privacy out here) and we had 1 parking spot. Even though it snowed most days that we were visiting Utah, the parking lot/ driveway was cleared of snow every morning. I actually on one day while walking my dogs that someone was shoveling some of the snow off the driveway. This gated community (although that gate was not closed while we were here) seemed pretty safe to me. There is just one entrance way (off of 600 North, that is behind the Chevron Gas Station) and one exit way (which leads you onto North 300 West). The condominium community looked like a nice place with some grass available (in case you have to walk your dogs). There is a communal dumpster out by the exit way for you to empty out your trash, which was an easy find. Overall, a nice place and I wouldn't mind staying out here again in our AirBnB rental.

The service here is very bad,…read moreafter they sell the place to you, they do not care about any of your needs, and the only thing they care about is your HOA payment. There is NO office in this complex that you can ask your questions, and discuss your needs. You have to solve all of your problems through the phone and there is a pretty long waiting time for it, since everybody wants to solve their problems through the phone which makes it really hard. The board and the president of this place are very illogical and strict about the rules they make ,and they don't really care about residents when they are making decisions for us. You have to follow a lot of rules here, that makes life harder in comparison with other complexes. You cannot have any pet in the complex , or have any guests with pets for a few hours, no one in the complex can smoke( I don't smoke, but sometimes you have guests that want to smoke, and it can be hard to tell them that they can not smoke anywhere in the complex), you can not have any guests in the pool, which makes the pool pretty much impractical, they close the club house at 9 pm without any exception, which means the club house is also impractical, and lots of other rules that can be very hard to follow, but unfortunately non of the board members care about residents. They set the rules all by themselves and based on their needs, they never asked about other residents needs and opinions when they were setting the rules for them. They are not open to hear about resident's opinions and make subtle changes or exceptions, because probably it is hard for them to change the rules or even make an exception. The HOA charge here is way too high for the service you get. The washer dryer doesn't work well, and they don't spend much money on cleaning the complex, or shoveling the snow during the winter, if you do not have a good car, it can be hard to enter the complex, because they don't shovel the snow well, and sometimes it takes them a while to start shoveling after the snow starts, which can be very dangerous if you have to leave the house in the morning while there is a lot of snow on the floor. I would buy a bigger, and nicer condominium without pool or club house with the money I paid for this one, because the pool and the club house are impractical, not just because of the rules but because gym, pool and the club house are very old and small, that you cannot use them. I DO NOT suggest this condominium.

It's a pet friendly subdivision and run by a great management company of Monica and John Voss. Staff: Even though most of the time people don't need to deal with the leasing off staff besides paying the rent or getting their packages. But Issa and Lani are more than just the leasing office staff, they know which room that you live in, and they welcome you like how your family would do when you get back home. Most importantly I felt free to address any issue or problem I might have, and they are proactive so you don't need to keep following up with them. Cleanliness: Whether the apartment is clean or not is a big thing for me too. Especially the common area and the grass area. Grass is the easy spot to tell whether the apartment staff pay enough attention to keep it clean, especially for apartments that allow dogs. Well it should not be that way, but some dog parents just don't pick up their puppies poop. They always keep the grass clean, and if there's something messy or anything smells bad, they would clean it right away. I know that Traci works really hard to keep everything clean and she does check the building everyday to make sure everything is good. I was also impressed with how quick they are to get the work order done so that I don't have to wait. Last but not the least, if you don't know there are many people got their car broken into in this area. Some apartment might have cameras, but they don't really work sometimes, since most of the time people don't really check that while looking for an apartment. Season by far has the best security and access control that I know in town. All their cameras work. You get what you pay especially for a safe and comfortable place that you can call home. I cannot wait to move back to the seasons next week.

He said the gal will be right with me. The lady in the office was on the phone and didn't even acknowledge I was there. I sat there for about 5 minutes and still no help from her. I was listening in on her phone call and it was all personal. Nothing about business. So I left. The maintenance man asked what is wrong and tried to get me back in. I told him it seemed like her personal call was more important than leasing an apartment to me. I won't recommend this place. I went out of my way and wasted my time to be ignored. I bought a townhome in Daybreak from Sego, it has been 4 years since it was built. We have…read moreencounter a lot of plumbing issues since the end of the 3rd year and Sego said the home is out of warranty. We are talking changing a water softener they sold us and installed (we had to replace it on our own), the main shower bathroom membrane seal is broken which may have mildew and mold, and the main water line connection which can cause a basement flooding. Unfortunately, these are things we cannot inspect or see until they break. Now warranty is not helping us because it has been more than one year since we bought the home. What can we expect in the next upcoming years?
