We've lived here since 600 Lofts opened. I had to update my review because the staff in the office are all new people and have been here for over a year! Trisha and her entire team have changed everything about 600 Lofts that was a major negative. They are responsive to emails, they do the best they can to resolve complaints and find solutions to fix problems that arise. Wade is the Maintenance guy and he is always quick and effective when fixing issues and his maintenance team take care of everything and always have a great attitude. Great location and the pricing is perfect for a downtown area. Close to Trax if you're going to the University of Utah, I highly recommend living here. I didn't recommend 600 Lofts but my opinion has changed due to the fantastic current management team! read more

Escape from Alcatraz comes to mind when entering/leaving. With it being a brand new building I anticipate that entering and leaving will get easier. It's difficult for friends to get inside the building even when using the call box. Once they are in and directed to the elevator, I have to stay on the phone to instruct them to take a left or right or go straight because the halls are long and it literally looks like a maze. When walking through the halls there is a really bad echo and you feel like you need to use a whisper, because a normal conversation echoes throughout the building. Which continues on into your apartment. However, once inside! the loft has amazingly high ceilings, and space, beautiful cabinets and floors, large rooms, modern decor, washer and dryer, it's really beautiful. Large closet space, big windows etc. Everything is new and not done cheaply. It's a non smoking building which residents tend to still do, it's an animal friendly building, which residents sometimes leave their dogs crap, on the grass, even with a dog bag stand right next to it. So annoying, pick up your dogs "%hit". Be a responsible owner, or don't have a dog jeez. Management and Maintenance are on it! They are all really friendly and will address any problems or concerns immediately. Shout out to Roman and Kim, they are professional, friendly, and firm all at the same time. Wade and Thomas (love them ) are super efficient and friendly! with any maintenance concerns as well. I love being right downtown too! You can walk everywhere or take the trax which is a block away, prime location in Salt Lake. Bars, restaurants, The Leonardo, The City Library fun stuff for my kiddos too! Speaking of, it's a family building as well. It would of been awesome to have a pool. Oh well, the amenities that they have are sa-weet. The gym is awesome and the social room too. It doesn't feel like it's an affordable living building. It's a building with professional working people. We aren't being handed our rent by any means. So don't let the word affordable throw anyone off. Everyone in this building is working hard to be in here and can be proud. There are all walks of life in the city and in here too, it's nice to see and feel that. Families, single men and women, newly married couples, Black, white, religious, non religious, gay, straight,single dads, veterans, disabled, etc.. and single moms like me! whatever.. its all in this place and it's pretty freg'n awesome :) read more

La administración es mentirosa empezando por los manegement office . Por favor si van a rentar en este lugar pedir copia de todo lo que firmen . La verdad una mala experiencia en este lugar, tenes que firmar una importante cantidad de papeles y ni siquiera te dan una copia a días de mudarte a este lugar empezó mi calvario mis vecinos de arriba tenían un verdadero day care niños corriendo todo el DÍA y esto empezaba muy temprano en k lo a mañana 7am x la noche olía mucho a marihuana y mi apartamento apestaba no solo eso todos sabemos que ahí escuchas todo y las constantes peleas de esta gente era algo diario dificilísimo vivir en estas condiciones mis reiteradas quejas en la oficina no sirvieron de nada porque estas mujeres solo queriendo justificar diciendo no puede ser ella es una persona de la iglesia pareciera que yo solo tenía que pagar una renta y no tenía derecho ninguno como pasar un tiempo en paz en mi casa . Llego marzo y las mujeres de la oficina empezaron un acoso constante de llamadas y dejarme papeles en la puerta para saber si me iba a mudar o no ? Cuando supuestamente debes avisar 2 meses antes , mi contrato se vencía el 11 de julio pero ellas molestándome desde marzo cuando pregunté si tenían disponibilidad para el 5 piso que por mi mala experiencia de la única forma que podía quedarme sería en el último piso cuando me dijeron que no la decisión fue me voy a mover sin ninguna duda . Pero no conforme con mi decisión estás mujeres siguieron en este acoso pero no dijeron que tenía que firmar nada y como tenía un contrato dije lo voy a seguir con la fecha que está cuando fui a la oficina ya para que dejaran de molestarme si ya en marzo les dije que no me quedaría no entendía porque seguían con los avisos y me dijeron que debía firmar un papel diciendo que no renovaría y como pasó el tiempo me debía que dar todo el mes de julio ...QUEEEE y ahí explote como carajo voy a saber que tengo que firmar si nadie me lo dice y entonces para que firmas un contrato si en definitiva ellos toman la decisión que más le beneficia a ellos no lo entiendo. Pero decidí irme cuando término mi contrato como debe ser mi antiguo departamento que en perfectas condiciones limpio con todo funcionando bien lo chequeo una de ellas todo ok claro tome fotos y videos porque después de todo no confío en esta administración . Hace unos días me llegó mi depósito que debería ser 1.900 y solo me devolvieron 1.169 $ entonces para futuros residentes mi consejo es pedir copia de todo lo firmado, cuando se salgan no limpiar nada porque ellos te cobran 200 $ de limpieza igual esto es un ROBO de esta administración. read more

With the new internet upgrade to fiber, things have been awesome working from home. Great staff and they do their best to keep the place nice! Being city living, don't expect good parking. Multiple break ins, accidents and problems in the years I've been here parking on the street. The car we have in the garage has been totally fine however. read more

They raise your rent every chance they get yet it's "low income". Nobody picks up after their dog. People are too lazy to put trash in the shoot. They toss it on the floor. Can't wait for the roaches. They charge for pets, washer, dryer, internet. They won't let me get free internet that I can for being a disabled senior. My apt. door was painted a darker shade and they painted around a tiny broom that was hanging on it instead of moving it, or asking us to move it. Pretty soon we won't be able to afford it here. I've lived here for nearly 5 years, it's been a difficult time opening my small business, small expenses can break you, and not only has my rent almost doubled, while amenities decreased my brand new car likes to drop the parking tag they have with my sun shade apparently, even though I live here and the tow truck, with the same people see my car with a yellow tow hook and other recognizable features knows that I have a tag and the tag is usually visible on the seat when this happens they still tow my car from the parking spot that I park in LITERALLY EVERYDAY. They are no help in the matter because it's a separate company. This has happened 2 times in 2 weeks and has left me no choice but to be homeless and possibly lose my business because it has made me late to rent on that front. To put it plain and simple, the tow company benefits from the apartment letting them tow cars away. But when we need a car towed from a spot when we can't park because it's full, they DO NOT COME. But yet, on a dead night with plenty of parking they come and tow tenant cars, this just doesn't happen to me, it's happened at least once to all of the neighbors that have lived around me. I'm in a horrible position for absolutely no reason at all. Roman and Trisha were amazing managers everything else has been a shit show guys, really. Let me put the tow thing In context for you wasatch!!! It's essentially a parasite living off of you. Let's take crabs as an analogy, if I(wasatch property group) go around with a nasty std(tow company) and sleep with Salt Lake City (tenants), spread it, by your amazing reasoning, it's the crabs fault that all of slc has crabs. The staff at 600 Lofts has been amazing. I am a resident here & relocating to Arizona so unfortunately I am leaving soon. They have done a lot to make my stay nice. They have been very accommodating. Both management & maintenance have always addressed any issues I have had. This is a new property so it took awhile for things here to fall into place. For awhile they didn't have housekeeping but in time they have evolved & things are running smoothly. There are always improvements to make anywhere. The most important quality to me as a resident is that they behave professionally & respectfully which they most definitely have. They recently had a change in staff with a new manager recently taking over, Trisha. She is amazing. I recommend 600 Lofts to anyone looking for a residence managed by highly professional & personable staff. read more

You will not find a better location, better amenities and better team of leasing agents and maintenance than at 600 Lofts. This place has changed the game for affordable housing. I am so pleased and lucky I got a spot here, I never want to move! Free underground parking is a HUGE plus living downtown especially in the winter because it can be quite tricky digging yourself out of a tight parallel parking spot and the fitness center is quite extraordinary. Not comparable to your average mediocre apartment complex gym. The grounds that surround the building are still in progress but already looking beautiful! And I love being able to call or walk into the office and everyone greets me with a smile and hello immediately and always so helpful! read more

600 Lofts is not only well kept and beautiful (And has an amazing gym), but the staff has been nothing but helpful throughout not only the application process, but they make it a very easy transition after being approved. Can't recommend this place enough. read more

Have been here 4 months, and am impressed with the entire staff and the concern they show for their residents. Its in a great location with easy access to trax. There is some construction noise, as the final phase is not complete, but I knew that when I moved here. I love my brand new apartment. This is a great place to call home. read more
