Especially Marlen! now before I say anything further- no, I'm not being paid or incentivize in any way to leave this review. I just really appreciate her sincere devotion to customer/tenant service and improving the quality of our lives each day. Anytime I need anything, she is on top of it! Amazon misplaces my package? I reached out to Marlen and she responds and gets it resolved right away. Elevator broken? (which has happened a few times now), Marlen calls the service team and they repair it within a day or so. Neighbor's nasty dogs leaving crappy stains all over the carpet in the shared community hallways? I send Marlen a picture and she gets the carpet cleaning team out the very next day. The list goes on! This place is a bit pricey, but I can 100% say that it has been worth every penny that I've spent here. and I would know, I have moved once or more a year since I was a child, and this is the first time that I would actually WANT to stay somewhere more than a year! The views are spectacular, the amenities are amazing, and the staff are the icing on the cake! Also, don't let some of these other reviews sway you. I used to work in customer success, and I've learns that people tend to only leave reviews when they have a bad experience, and I'm quite certain that most of the people who have love here have had amazing experiences, but never take the time to come back and write about it. I moved into the canyon vista community today under very difficult personal circumstances. Jeslet Sotelo, was the leasing agent who helped me. She went WELL ABOVE AND BEYOND--truly. She was incredibly overbooked, due to a clerical error with her scheduling software, but still took the time to ensure my move-in process was smooth, efficient, and as stress-free as possible. I recently went through a life-altering event and needed a place to start fresh ASAP. Jeslet was not only knowledgeable and professional, but also empathetic and kind--something I CANT articulate in words how desperately I needed. Thanks to her, I was able to move in today and am now able to put in the work on my next chapter. She deserves recognition (and honestly, a raise). Thank you, Jeslet, for turning a tough day into a hopeful one. I only hope one day I can repay you with an outing to Rodizio, or at the very least a heart felt thank you the next time I pass by the leasing offices. In my household, we paid rent and media fee two days early (the only two things showing that we owed), bringing our account down to zero. Two days later, they posted another (optional) fee to our account..and instead of applying my payment to what I actually paid for in the first place, they took a portion and applied it to my optional fee, leaving me a "balance" on my rent and media fee which was paid for in the first place. Now, they have charged an extra $115 "late fee" (on a $14.95 optional charge) because they chose where they wanted to apply my payment to instead of what was actually paid for. One of us left a review, and the customer care team responded and told us to email them because they would like to resolve the issue. However, after reaching out to customer care a couple of times, they have ignored the emails and have not responded at all. Again, not showing they really care. Another reason I'm leaving a one star is the walls and ceilings are not very sound-resistant. We here our upstairs neighbors and their dog constantly.

The gym even had a free weight bar in it. I've never lived in an apartment with a gym where I could cancel my gym membership and just use the apartment's gym before I lived here. Staff: Even though most of the time people don't need to deal with the leasing off staff besides paying the rent or getting their packages. But Issa and Lani are more than just the leasing office staff, they know which room that you live in, and they welcome you like how your family would do when you get back home. Most importantly I felt free to address any issue or problem I might have, and they are proactive so you don't need to keep following up with them. Cleanliness: Whether the apartment is clean or not is a big thing for me too. Especially the common area and the grass area. Grass is the easy spot to tell whether the apartment staff pay enough attention to keep it clean, especially for apartments that allow dogs. Well it should not be that way, but some dog parents just don't pick up their puppies poop. They always keep the grass clean, and if there's something messy or anything smells bad, they would clean it right away. I know that Traci works really hard to keep everything clean and she does check the building everyday to make sure everything is good. I was also impressed with how quick they are to get the work order done so that I don't have to wait. Last but not the least, if you don't know there are many people got their car broken into in this area. Some apartment might have cameras, but they don't really work sometimes, since most of the time people don't really check that while looking for an apartment. Season by far has the best security and access control that I know in town. All their cameras work. You get what you pay especially for a safe and comfortable place that you can call home. I cannot wait to move back to the seasons next week.

I was listening in on her phone call and it was all personal. Nothing about business. So I left. The maintenance man asked what is wrong and tried to get me back in. I told him it seemed like her personal call was more important than leasing an apartment to me. I won't recommend this place. I went out of my way and wasted my time to be ignored. I recommend seeing Jordan at the Southpoint location. Very courteous, acknowledged me and helped me right away. Go see Jordan.

I did not have a lot of time to complete my move so instead of making a trip to visit SLC first I looked for apts online and narrowed my search to Riverwalk and "the other well know apt community around the corner in Midvale that shall remain nameless" I applied to both, however Ashley with Riverwalk was always available and always kept me up to date with my application and what was available. She was able to answer all my questions over the phone or through email. Much quicker than the other community. So due to the quick response time, and excellent customer service I picked this place over the other. I arrived in Utah on move-in day. It was on a Tuesday and I met Ashely, the maintenance man and the community manager. Ashley had my paperwork and keys already to go. I walked into my apt and fell in love!! It looks much nicer in person than the pictures available online. I LOVE the layout, the kitchen, spacious closet and separate laundry room! These apts are beautiful!!! Staff: I'm not one of those people that go to the office every other day, week or even month, matter a fact I've been there 3 times in the past 6 months and 2 of those times was just to pick up a package and the other was to pay rent. But every time I go they always greet me with a smile and they always remember who I am. Every time I have called they remember who I am and are always willing to help. I see the maintenance man often making his rounds and picking up trash and he is ALWAYS smiling and friendly. One time I wasn't able to pick a package up at the office and the manager offered to take it to my apt and leave it inside the door. Even though I declined; this stuck with me and made a HUGE positive impression! I have lived in 4 apts in three different states in the past 2 yrs and I have had the best hospitality here at Riverwalk. All in all I have NO complaints about this community. The community is quite. It's also very clean. I am VERY satisfied with my choice of making Riverwalk my home and would not and have not hesitated to recommend them to my friends!

The most alarming issue isn't maintenance delays or building quirks--it's the conduct and attitude of the leasing office. During my tenancy, the leasing office manager openly gossiped about tenants, discussing residents' personal lives and situations and complaints in a way that felt deeply unprofessional and inappropriate. As a renter, it seriously undermined any trust that concerns would be handled discreetly or fairly. The assistant manager demonstrated little to no customer service training and appeared to take satisfaction in finding reasons to charge tenants. Interactions felt adversarial rather than supportive, as though the goal was to catch residents in technicalities instead of resolving issues reasonably. This attitude becomes especially clear when you decide not to renew your lease. Once you signal you're moving out, the tone changes entirely. There is a noticeable effort to penalize departing tenants by adding move-out charges that most renters would reasonably consider basic wear and tear--including: * Small nail or screw holes from hanging shelves or photos * Minor wall marks consistent with normal occupancy * Routine apartment use that any reasonable landlord would expect Rather than treating these as standard wear, they are used as justification for inflated move-out costs, giving the impression that non-renewing tenants are viewed as revenue opportunities rather than former customers. None of the management were qualified or equipped to provide the care and service they promise when signing a lease for the price of the rent they charged. This is not a tenant-centered community. It's a corporate operation where policies are enforced selectively and changed to limit effort for staff, professionalism is lacking, and renters are treated as disposable once their lease term ends. If you're considering Camber or any Greystar property: * Be extremely cautious about move-out charges * Document everything obsessively * Do not assume good faith or reasonable discretion from management. I would not rent here again, and I would advise others to look elsewhere unless they're comfortable with hostile management practices and aggressive fee assessments.
