I was shocked to find none of the coupons applied at the checkout. The checkout person was defensive, borderline rude and well armed with excuses. First blaming the android version of the app, then when I showed her the coupons were clipped, she unclipped them and reapplied them. Only 1 of the 3 worked when she updated the register. I put back one product as it was mispriced on the shelf anyway to start with. so onto the 3rd.... the defensive checkout person said.... 'thats for 750ml, you have the 700ml" So I said "its an European import and EU haven't allowed 750ml since the mid 90s and this is the only size you stock". So she applied the coupon.
