They basically assumed we spoke no Spanish at all. There is only 1 bilingual worker. He called the seamstress mother, whom insulted the size of my daughter to which I sent her (my daughter) away and scolded their ignorance. They first tried saying it was the way the dress sat on her. Then it was the scallop of the bottom cut. Then with a measuring tape proved the gown had a complete different size all around the dress. The only place she managed to almost match a hem length on the entire dress was a the two side seams and they were off by a 1/2 inch. I also brought over the same style dress to prove it was the same length all around. It was the seamstress that can't do her job!!! Just horrible and overpriced for crap. Almost bought sandles there too. Buyer beware. They got her size in, and they looked glued on one shoe and other was falling apart on all seams even near the heel were the fabric meets the shoe. I've never seen anything like this before in my life. Almost a $200 dress and $30 shoes Dress worth $60 maybe shoes $0. We were planning our wedding during the pandemic and things were constantly uncertain as to whether or not the wedding would be able go to on. Iman and DJ Kia had routine calls with us to check-in and offer advice. We knew we could trust their opinions and flexility during the uncertain times. On the day of the wedding, DJ Kia was so involved with every aspect of the ceremony and reception. He knew exactly what to do, when to do it, and how to make our wedding day an unforgettable experience. He literally orchestrated our ceremony processional and was making sure everything was running smoothly. Everyone felt at ease walking down the aisle because DJ Kia was there to send them off. We were lucky enough to have Iman MC our wedding, and believe us when we tell you he knows how to put on a show. The dance floor comes alive with Iman on stage and everyone was out of their seats and dancing the entire night. Our cocktail hour ended up going over schedule, which pushed back our reception. It was no worry though, because Iman was there to quickly restructure the timeline and ensure everything ran smoothly. Even with unexpected issues, we felt completely at ease knowing he had us covered. He is such a genuine person who truly cares about his client's happiness. We also used Night Owls for our video production and working with them was a truly pleasant experience. They captured every aspect of the wedding beautifully. In just a few short weeks, we had our trailer and wedding video created, both of which were edited to our liking. They were extremely patient with us throughout the process and the end result is videos we still can't stop watching! Thank you to Brandon and the team at Night Owls for all of their hard work. As I got closer, I realized it was a lovely floral display of a rose tree and 2 white cherry blossom trees. I fell in love instantly! I spoke to the representative from Dalissa and found out they rent and deliver all types of items for weddings, parties, or any type of function. I checked out their website and saw they had everything from fancy chairs and tables to floral arches and special event items. I made contact and decided to rent the rose bush and cherry blossom trees. The delivery went seamlessly and so did the pick-up. My guests were blown away at the look and feel it gave the room. I'm extremely happy that I decided to rent these items, they went with my theme and they looked so real and elegant. I initially thought about making my own arch, but this was so cost effective and it was taken back afterwards, so I didn't need to figure out what I was going to do with it after. Plus, who can beat a set-up, delivery, and pick-up without me having to lift a finger. I will absolutely use this company in the future for any party rentals I may require.

To me, based on the LACK of communication and LACK of responses and LACK of professionalism from management office outside of the owner, quotes & rental prices are too high to even want to deal with this business.
