But was never called back to the desk to check in, yet other patients were. I walked back over to the desk and was asked my last name but then the receptionist then started speaking to a other patient and asked her to spell her last name and then checked her in first. She then got on the phone and called someone else in the office and told them to put this other patient next, I suppose not realizing who I was. She then tells me that the Dr is "running a little behind". I ask "how little?" And was told to go have lunch and come back. WTF??? I heard great things about this Dr but I'm not sure that I'll be coming back after lunch!!! There was a person here who has been waiting a ln hour and a half for him. This is unacceptable! I understand that emergencies come up but at least CALL the later appts and give people the opportunity to reschedule before driving all the way over to the office.

This place was clean, neat and offers other services in the same bldg. the staff is courteous and kind and my wait time was not long at all. Also the follow up questions or care they contact you back same day and I was amazed for NY. Would recommend %100.

She is thorough, kind, compassionate, patient, and truly excellent at what she does. She has such a warm and reassuring way about her. The lab at this practice is also phenomenal. Getting blood work done on a child is never easy, but they make the experience as smooth and gentle as possible. Even though we travel from Connecticut, it's more than worth it because of the outstanding care we receive. Dr. Kopple is always so responsive--when we message her through the patient portal, she gets back to us the same day, which means we rarely even need to call the office. The emergency room doctor pulled up my ultrasound after I came in to address pain and…read morebleeding/complications with a ruptured ovarian hemorrhagic cyst and my trusted gynecologist asked me to be seen in the ER. I have known cysts on both ovaries and this doctor pulled up the ultrasound, did no examination and said the cysts were gone. he said I was fine and explained non of my questions. did not trust him and when I looked at the results on my chart, THEY WERE NOT WHAT HE HAD DISCUSSED and my gyno ended up treating me anyway for an infection in my uterus, being anemic the doctor didn't address it either. I'm in an unsafe position I was discharged and dimissed by the male doctor WHILE IT WAS VERY SLOW AND QUIET. It was a waste of time and very not as safe hospital for anyone. I caught the flu as soon as I also left and am dealing with their unsanitary environment as someone with autoimmune disease. I do not i repeat do not suggest this hospital unless you plan to go to more anyway.
