But was never called back to the desk to check in, yet other patients were. I walked back over to the desk and was asked my last name but then the receptionist then started speaking to a other patient and asked her to spell her last name and then checked her in first. She then got on the phone and called someone else in the office and told them to put this other patient next, I suppose not realizing who I was. She then tells me that the Dr is "running a little behind". I ask "how little?" And was told to go have lunch and come back. WTF??? I heard great things about this Dr but I'm not sure that I'll be coming back after lunch!!! There was a person here who has been waiting a ln hour and a half for him. This is unacceptable! I understand that emergencies come up but at least CALL the later appts and give people the opportunity to reschedule before driving all the way over to the office.

This place was clean, neat and offers other services in the same bldg. the staff is courteous and kind and my wait time was not long at all. They send you an app which was nice so you can see your place in line and when you're about to be called. Everyone down to the dr was exceptional. Also the follow up questions or care they contact you back same day and I was amazed for NY. Would recommend %100.

She is thorough, kind, compassionate, patient, and truly excellent at what she does. She has such a warm and reassuring way about her. The lab at this practice is also phenomenal. Getting blood work done on a child is never easy, but they make the experience as smooth and gentle as possible. Even though we travel from Connecticut, it's more than worth it because of the outstanding care we receive. Dr. Kopple is always so responsive--when we message her through the patient portal, she gets back to us the same day, which means we rarely even need to call the office. One good experience. Then a dreadful experience 3 months later on same ward. Sadistic nurses…read morewouldn't call a MD or PA help me while I was writhing in pain and crying loudly. They said that there was no one on duty because it was Sunday and closed my door. Left me there in agony. I threw ice packs at the door yelling. Four hours later I was practically out of my mind from pain and a PA happened to walk by and heard me, came in and saved me. New meds intravenously. My doctor never acknowledged this whole experience nor did the pain MD I had seen before the operation to quell my fears. Great. And the whole throwing ice packs at the door to get the nurses attention is now in my medical record. Really.
