James was the lead for the group and he was exactly what I want and need from a moving manager: organized, friendly, dedicated, and got the job done well. I cannot recommend him enough. It took roughly six hours to do the whole thing (including the hour drive) and I didn't notice any damage to any of my things. It ended up being $840 (not including tip) which feels like a steal considering my original home had two flights of stairs and it was a long drive to the new place. SO worth it.
