I had a good experience with the service here. I was taken in last minute for some fillings, and…read morethey did their best to accommodate me. I also had a good experience with the dr. He was knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done in detail. My only complaint is that I thought I was paying my part of the bill during each visit. But weeks later I received a bill for $82. I had already paid close to $200 during my visits, and was never informed that I might receive a bill with additional fees. When I called to inquire about the bill, I asked for a breakdown and in that I realized that they were over charging me by $10. That additional bill was suppose to be $72. My advice is always call when you receive a bill and ask for the breakdown of what you paid and still owe. Billing departments make mistakes and if you don't catch it, you will end up paying more than you should. They also want you to pay this unexpected bill immediately. So just be aware that you may still receive an additional bill, and if so make sure it's for the right amount.

When I showed up, I had to sign in and everything was done on the computer. No paperwork!! I was so happy. I hate filling out forms. Once finished, we got called back immediately. Our dental assistant was Andrea and she was so sweet and made my little one feel so comfortable and at ease. Our Dentist was Dr. Navarette and let me tell you she did an AMAZING job on my little girl. She was so gentle and professional. When she was finished, you couldn't even tell she chipped her tooth. This was by far the best dental experience we've ever had. No lie. Thank you so much Dr. Navarette and Andrea for making that day a lot better. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

I told her it takes 2 seconds to say Good Morning, how can I help you? Things escalated from there, let's just say I saw myself out. Rummaging through the comments, I've noticed that alot of other people have had negative experiences with this *so called* Customer Service Representative, and as a result, they are losing patients and money. However, the owners of this place seem to turn a blind eye. But she met her match today, and she'll remember me when she's filing her unemployment paper work, because I will NOT STOP commenting and reporting her through the appropriate channels until she a. Changes her attitude, or b. finds a position better suited for her, (if such position exists). For the most part, I am NOT a person who leaves bad reviews. I barely leave ANY reviews, and I would NEVER want anyone to lose their job, but this lady is an UGLY person inside and out. (HOPE YOU'RE READING THIS AND YOU KNOW WHERE TO FIND ME)

Visit Date: Mar 14 2019…read more Not sure if they changed the signage on the windows yet but when I visited here it said there was a multitude of specialists in a tiny building along with a dental office. Luckily when I went inside they reassured me that the building is just a dental office. It's getting too hard to find dental offices that offer nitrous or anesthesia services so I choose to go to the hospital dental clinic. (This one does not offer either) Getting a cleaning & exam at the hospital clinic is headachy because of the waiting list so to expedite things and make it easier on the hospital I went to this office for my cleaning and exam. Waiting Room: The front desk clerks are nice and easy to work with, there is a television in the waiting room that seems unnecessary and distracting. I don't want to see the news anymore and every doctors office I go to has the bloody news turned on the TV. Thankfully the TV was muted at least. The seating in the waiting room is average. The windows do not have any shading or tint so if it's really bright outside expect a lot of glare on screens and don't sit near the window if you want to use your cell phone. So the waiting room is basically an average waiting room, nothing special there aside from the staff. X-Ray Area: Down a long hall are several rooms in which there are dental procedure chairs. The first room is an X-Ray room and they have a newer digital panoramic system that is very nice. The machine produces great X-Ray images and I know this because I have had many X-Rays done of my teeth and of other appendages as necessary. Let's just say I know a good X-Ray machine and image when I see it. Procedure Room: From the X-Ray room you are taken to one of the many procedure rooms which are well appointed. There's a radio playing some soft music and they have newer dental equipment, they use ultrasonic cleaning here instead of manual cleaning which I found to be somewhat more tolerable than a manual cleaning using a rotary head. Procedure Staff: Even with my complex disabilities the staff were very accommodating of my needs and willing to pause the cleaning process multiple times and stand clear when a spasm was about to break through. Though I definitely jostled the instrument tray a few times. The staff didn't mind and that was quite reassuring to me that they are able to and willing to handle a person with severe spasticity. (Now you see why I have to go to the hospital for any type of procedure involving drilling, the instrument tray would probably go flying across the room and stuff would get broken!) Post Procedure: The checkout process is easy and they carefully explain everything that has to be done orally and provide a printed treatment plan as well. This is great in case you are like me and need to go to a hospital dental clinic but don't want to wait for a cleaning and exam on the waitlist. Now that I have a printed treatment plan I can go straight onto the procedure waitlist instead of having to deal with two waitlists. (Ironically I had to go for a pre-procedure examination at the hospital but thankfully they didn't have to do a cleaning, because cleanings can be hit or miss as far as how my spasticity is) So why am I giving four stars if the service was so good? Because, they're a dental office but their signage on the exterior of the building is misleading. Fix the signage and it turns into a five star review. UPDATE: 9/11/19 I visited the office again after my pre-procedure examination at the hospital because my treatment plan needed to be faxed over to the hospital. The front desk staff were extremely nice and handled my request quickly. I didn't pay any attention to the signage out front but it looked like it still wasn't updated.

When I was a teenager, I had a bad overbite which needed correcting. My parents sent me to Dr…read more Albareedi who confirmed I need braces. As a young self-conscious teenager, I had a daunting experience with braces. I hated going back in for adjustments because every time I got my wires tightened, my teeth felt stiff and sore. Eating sucked and occasionally I used wax to alleviate the irritation from the brackets inside my mouth. It was an overall uncomfortable experience I dealt with for 3 years. Despite the unpleasantness, I kept thinking to myself, "No pain no gain." When I finally got them off, I enjoyed having nice straight teeth up until late last year. Last fall, my bottom permanent retainer (a bonded wire) came loose. The wire eventually stuck out and I worried the exposed wire would cut the bottom of my tongue. I then paid a visit to my dentist to cut the loose wire out so I could eat and talk without injury. It was a temporary solution though. The dentist told me to go see an orthodontist. I dragged my feet doing so which I later regret. Months passed and my teeth started to shift. I was forced to take action when I began to see a noticeable gap in the bottom center. This led me to seek out an orthodontist. When I did a Yelp search, I was surprised to find Dr. Albareedi still in practice. I scheduled a visit to see him a few weeks ago and explained my situation. The experience was almost near perfect had there not been a delay in care the day of my appointment. My initial consult was set for 5:30pm but Dr. was running behind and I didn't get seen till a half hour later. However, when he finally got around to me, he gave me his full attention and time with the utmost care. He examined my bite, cut off the remainder of my retainer and got his assistant (Alex) to remove the bond holding my retainer together. After this it was recommended I get a removable set of top and bottom retainers. Alex fitted me and in two weeks' time, I received my retainers. Unsurprisingly my speech these days is off. I practically sound like I have a speech impediment. My pronunciation with the letters "S" and "K" have been compromised. My husband, friends and coworkers receive a hearty amount of laughs all at my expense. My follow up visit is weeks away but with a few days of retainer use, I've already noticed significant changes! My gap has closed and on my final visit, Dr. will finish off with some dental contouring. I'm excited and looking forward to the final result! Everyone is super nice and accommodating. With COVID still going on, the receptionists have an effective timing system allowing for no more than 2 people in the waiting area. Everyone else in queue to see doctor has to wait in their cars until receipt of a call to come in. I would like to make special mention to Dr. Albareedi and his assistant Alex. You guys are awesome and I'm thankful for your decades of work in helping to create the ideal smile.
