In fact, it turns out Joe was done for the day but because all the other drivers were out on calls, he came out to help me. Joe was efficient in analyzing the problem with my car and careful setting up the tow. He was kind, informative and polite. After the previous bad experience, Steve's Towing and Joe got me (and my car) safely home. With scamming companies out there, it is nice to know there are honorable, hard-working people like Joe and companies with integrity like Steve's Towing.
