They told me my tow was not covered (I am a AAA Plus member) and that I would have to pay $150 to tow the car. And that after waiting 3 hours. I called AAA back for help, they said of course the tow was covered and they called Steve's Towing. Steve's Towing arrived within 45 minutes and Joe, the driver, was EXCEPTIONAL! In fact, it turns out Joe was done for the day but because all the other drivers were out on calls, he came out to help me. Joe was efficient in analyzing the problem with my car and careful setting up the tow. He was kind, informative and polite. After the previous bad experience, Steve's Towing and Joe got me (and my car) safely home. With scamming companies out there, it is nice to know there are honorable, hard-working people like Joe and companies with integrity like Steve's Towing. I cannot say enough good things about both Steve's Towing and driver Joe!
