As another 10 minutes passed, I questioned the delay, given that I had scheduled the earliest appointment. She explained there were still numerous appointments ahead of me, and the doctor had not yet arrived. By 9:20, I was told the doctor would need another 15 to 20 minutes to reach the facility, followed by four appointments before mine. This implied I could end up waiting over an hour despite booking the first slot. Notices throughout the office attributed delays to the varying complexity of cases, but given the doctor's lateness, the delays were unsurprising. Finding this unprofessional, I decided to leave.
