The front desk young lady has an attitude issue and had multiple smoke breaks while she's working. The wait times are crazy but the facility did appear clean. I regrettably had to use the restroom and was scurred of the condition but surprisingly it was very clean (that's the extra star). Unfortunately they allow random people on the streets to use the restroom including the drug dealers outside of the facility. OMG, the amount of "activity" right outside the facility was scary and just ridiculous.
