I have rented a U-Haul truck at this location before and just as last time, this time we had…read moreabsolutely no problems. Scrap that, we did have a little bit of a discrepancy with the gas they marked the truck having versus the amount of gas the truck actually did have. But you cannot get something like that past my husband and he was able to get it fix it right away. We are not moving or anything we just wanted a truck to pick up some doors I order at Home Depot and other building materials that would have been too bulky for just a pick up, and Home Depot's truck rental is by the hour and there was absolutely no way we would've been able to get everything we needed in that little bit of time, so this worked out great. We actually kept the truck until the next day and bought some more stuff we needed in the morning. And a grand total was under $50. They have a lot of trucks. Chances are you will find what do you need available, and they also have a storage facility on the premises which I was told to tell everyone I know that the first month is free LOL The lady who helped us the day of the rental was very helpful, very informative,and very nice. It was a painless process. I am definitely using this U-Haul rental again

But my son was able to troubleshoot my issue. So, I put a few phone calls out on yelp for a mobile mechanic. No one returned my calls except for Ivan, Mechanic On The Spot. He was able to diagnose my issue (transmission) over the phone and with me sending a text message with my VIN number, he was able to quote me. He put me on his schedule. He called to confirm our appointment for the day. He then text me when he was on his way. Great communication! When he arrived, we were in the middle of a horrendous thunderstorm. But he went back-and-forth, in between the rain and fixed my car. I waited a few days to make sure that my review was going to be accurate. I am so happy with Ivan and the repairs he did to my car and he was very reasonably priced. Also, my son told me it was a very reasonable price. 30 day warranty, one year parts. I would not hesitate to tell anyone to use mechanic on spot. What a fantastic business! So convenient. Especially if you're by yourself and have no one as a back up. I told Ivan, the mechanic, please never stop the service he offers to the community. My car is all fixed and I've been driving it for a week and have had no issues at all. Absolutely happy. Thank you so much Ivan for what you did and as I told you before, never stop what you're doing because it is a fabulous, convenient service. I love the communication that you offer. Quick back story...my car was sitting in front of my home, crew was hired to dig cable ditches for fiber. End of the work day the crew was trying to load a ditch witch and it fell off the trailer on to my car. It took about a week for the repair and it was done when they had said so no issues with that expectation. What I was blown away with was when they pulled my car around front I didn't recognize it.
