You can purchase your tickets there on a kiosk or on the mobile app. Very easily accessible. The station itself is clean and has plenty of parking. For parking you need to pay as well, it's about $6 for the day and you can also pay online or at the kiosk. There's signs there and tells you what website to go on. We were standing on the wrong side of the train stop and luckily a security guard came and guided us to the right side, which was under the small bridge and up the other side. The train itself was also very clean. It's an easy way to get to LA without the traffic!

I sometimes leave my car parked here, go all the way in the train to LA and back, then catch an event close by where I already have my car here to get there quickly. It's not too far from Victoria Gardens to the northeast and Toyota Arena due south. Just recently, I found out that I can take the Ont Connect bus to and from here to Ont Airport for free as long as you get the Ont Connect train ticket in Rancho Cucamonga station whether you head west towards LA or East towards San Bernardino. For example... instead of taking an approximate $20 Uber from my home in Upland to Ont Airport, now it only costs me $3.75 to walk 25 minutes to Montclair station, train to Rancho station, then Ont Connect bus to Ont Airport! I am really excited about Rancho Metrolink station being the link to many new things. By the way, in the future, this will also be the station that will have the new train going from Rancho to Las Vegas! Can't wait!!!

The landscaping and open-air layout made for a relaxing shopping experience, and everything looked well cared for. There was a nice variety of stores and restaurants, making it easy to spend a few hours here. Parking was convenient, and I appreciated how tidy the common areas and restrooms were. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is that a few of the stores I was hoping to visit weren't here, and it got a bit crowded during peak hours. Overall, it's a great place to shop, grab a bite to eat, and enjoy a day outdoors. I'd definitely come back.

To the new owners of VG…read more.. I've always enjoyed coming to Victoria Gardens--it's a great place for families, shopping, and spending time outdoors. However, one concern that has become more noticeable over the past year is the lack of enforcement on the main streets. There are frequently vehicles speeding through busy areas where families and children are walking, and many drivers seem more focused on showing off how loud their cars are than driving safely. It's not uncommon to hear multiple cars revving their engines within just a few minutes. This creates a very unsafe environment and takes away from what should be a welcoming community space. Increasing police presence, even for short periods of time, would make a noticeable difference and help deter this behavior. I truly believe Victoria Gardens is a great place, but addressing this issue would go a long way in keeping it safe and enjoyable for everyone.

Barcelona started at a tapas bar where we chose tapas from a buffet in a rustic atmosphere of archways made of giant stones, Then a Barcelona tour that included architecture from the Roman era to Gaudi's creations and a view of America's Cup race in the Marina. A train took us to Alicante where we stayed in a Palace that was 100 feet away from the plaza full of sidewalk cafes! Paid a visit to the Miguel Cervantes tribute (Author of Don Quixote), the plaza, and marina. Next was Seville, where we took a tour and stopped at a Pizza restaurant -- walked around some landmarks, and prepped for our 4 days in Madrid. There we had an amazing Tapas and Wine Tour, visited Prado Museum, and other historical sites, and yes, discovered some amazing cafe/restaurants right around the corner from our hotel. Found the best Paella in Spain, discovered new wines, and found a restaurant "Jardin Secreto" overlooking the plaza. (from a list of hidden dining gems thanks to tour guide Patricia Willems.) There is no way I could have arranged or found everything myself. It was definitely a one-of-a-kind experience.

This review is reflection on Grey Hound stop. Secondly on the staff of the building. A storm came in and delays happened the first 2 hours I was mesmerized. Gorgeous landmark to relax a bit and nice big clean restrooms. Easy getting in and out especially if you are on wheels . In short if your phone dies you will need an ID or CA ID of course all states accept or will not board. if you do not have your ID and your phone is not you will not board. After 5 hours of waiting this where it got suspenseful my phone was dying. Make notes the entire train station including restrooms. DOES NOT HAVE ANY FORM OF CHARGING YOUR PHONE. THEN NO ONE GIVES A DAMN. As in no customer service. I can write about the tone I got for asking for help to charge my phone? I asked for help with two men denying me to charge my phone. Deep sigh because that's sad. How we collectively are disconnected as human empathy goes. So write notes specially if this going tobe a pit stop. Bring your extra chargers as to keep your or be able to your phone. The snack shop or not one vender or coffee or no Cafe. The some few snacks but not really much. This could of gotten really bad for me when the second Grey never made it. But I got lucky I had some $$ to get out on lyft. But make notes if you have no id you can not board with your QR code on your phone. Just do yourself a favor have it ready to be scanned. Or print it out. Or all the above. To best CYA (cover your Ass) As of October 2024 you are required especially in person to show id to purchase tickets. Not so on your phone application or kiosk. So its smoother if you buy and have everything on your phone app. But in case phone dies then you have a print out. Then you will need an ID even if they look you up. Im not sure if I will come back to visit the museum next door. Perhaps one day but in short its not designed or set up for customer service. Its just a ride and thats it. Additionally the building its self is absolutely gorgeous. How ever its really stripped and its not cosie or not loved. Im not sure how to point the finger of what i found wrong or missing. Like a thing of the passed? As the entire conceptof a trainstation? Some of its views are mesmerizing. You can view others pictures i do not need to say more. The pictures are captivating. Perhaps what im trying to say just be ready or have a backup plan if you have delays. The day I traveled waa yesterday in a Monday and poured like cats and dogs. Ps i brought my lunch and my soda pop. So plan on bringing snacks. Most importantly plan making sure your phone will not die and you have no ID. Or make sure u do come with ID. Just safe travels. To those that care and work for this establishment or institution. Why no customer service? Is the system that broken? That I'm told "Those are the Rules" of "no charging or letting you help with the electricity, of a charging of one phone? Just saying you are not having a nice attitude. What ever happened for customer service? Another lastly side bird note if you walk around nowhere you will find an out let to charge. Maybe bring a laptop or extra battery to keep you afloat while you are stuck in a delay. But clearly every single outlet was removed or sealed shut. Lots of lights everywhere security is present at all times on high alert. Yeah yeah but they are rude and fast to use harsh tones and firm. No smiles just look at you like your stupid. Parking lot has a lot of lights and grey hound buses come in stop near the bridge. Ok I think I made my point but do not expect much guidance either my best advice. Check out YouTube does and don't. In conclusion this stop does not offer any to non customer service. Shameful because I saw many confused people. Then to my dismay I received an email at 3:30 something AM?? That my last bus was pushed till 5:45 AM.? So imagine that your phone dies and how will you access to your email? So I wrote this long winded review really more to bring awareness and in hope to safe someone alot of grief. I made it ok but I learned some lessons stopping at this old unloved train station. To be continued. Be safe.
