I needed to get toys to donate to the CHiPs For Kids toy drive. This is a neat little toy store at the Mattel warehouse. GPS sent me down the wrong street but it is fairly easy to find. Look for the sign that indicates the toy store overflow lot and turn to the left to find the store entrance. Plenty of parking in the lot. Pricing is at least 50% off retail with a free membership that you can sign up for while checking out. The sale items are discounted even more. There is something for everyone here including adults. Staff members are friendly and helpful. Stock is replenished often and there is a variety of brands available. Limit is 50 for the same item. Be sure to take the time to peruse through everything. One tip is, if you see something you like, put it in your cart immediately. It may not be there during a second round of browsing. True story. read more

Loved it! Never knew it existed until I saw it on Yelp for toy stores in the area. It's connected to a warehouse so it can be easy to miss but it has good parking. Inside it's like 6 or so large and long tables of discounted toys, I would say all because of damaged boxes. But the toys are fine. I like that its separated by babies, boys, and girls toys. I think it's kind of a mystery what will be there but we got items and 50% with their free membership. We got all the nieces christmas gifts here this year! read more

Best experience I've had visiting any type of toy store, hands down. I came in to check out their Hot Wheels selection, which was actually a lot better than I had anticipated, and everything was priced much lower than I'd ever think was possible. Everyone there was super nice and very helpful, but this one specific sales associate, I never got her name, was THE BEST. She was so sweet and went above and beyond to provide the best customer service I've ever experienced, ever. She even found answers for a few questions I had regarding the upcoming Hot Wheels Legends Tour in El Segundo. I had such a great experience and I definitely will be visiting again soon! read more

Awesome discount, smaller than I thought for a warehouse store. They do have a lot of different things on a daily, baby items, toddler toys, dolls and hotwheel. Packaging are slightly damages for some, some are actually brand new looking. This place is out of nowhere. Plenty of parking, you probably won't spend more than 30mins to look around. This place used to be good, now there's new workers who take all the good items right before they restock for themselves and don't let the public get good picks on their items !! I've seen this happening for months now and i see other reviews saying the same thing . This is SO beyond rude and if it's in your policy that workers are allowed to get the things that they want first so the public barely gets good items LET EVERYONE KNOW!! ITS A WASTE OF TIME !! Such a pleasant surprise to visit this store over the thanksgiving weekend. Apparently their Black Friday was busy, we went on Saturday late morning and although things were fairly picked over, we still found lots to buy. I don't mind the squished and imperfect packaging at all. The sales staff was very attentive and they even sell discount movie tickets, and theme park tickets too. Unfortunately, this is only a holiday season store so they may close up later this year, but they'll be back again in the fall. Or, if they have a really good season they may stay open all year around... here's hoping. read more

The employees were friendly, finding the entrance was very confusing since there were several entrances and signs didn't really indicate where to go, so I got lost looking for the entrance. Overall the selection was limited but some very cool toys got a few hot wheels and some little people. The staff was friendly, signed me up to shop there and gave me a discount for it. Selection was light the day we went, but its a great place to get a great deal on toys

Employees are welcoming and are happy to answer questions. We went to look for a pack & play for our infant unfortunately they do not sell them. Only bassinets, jumpers and play mats. They had 50-60% off marked price. I ended just getting card game for game night. Downside they are only open Thursday-Saturday but I will be coming back for gift shopping later on. read more

It's a hit and miss. The staff can be pushy and not so friendly. And then you have the hot wheel collectors who just grab everything

I really wanted to like this store but there's nothing special about it at all! Cheap made toys and they aren't any cheaper than buying them at your regular toy stores. They place is one big cluster Fu@k! Nothing in its right place everything in disarray. Staff don't even care they all seem to hate there jobs. Heavy traffic at all times and yelling screaming kids running around and there mom's yelling back a few isles away. Toys are outdated and nothing is a deal they try and make it seem like it's a deal but it's not. The only good thing is if you are shopping for a baby they do offer some good deals that's why I gave 2 stars. I won't bother to come here again. Very disappointed. read more

If you're looking for Mattel toys/items then this store is a must. Very organized, not too big. I would recommend ALWAYS making sure you are paying the advertised deal price because I had two different experiences where I was charged full price instead of the sale price and had to go through that whole process of getting it resolved each time.
