I needed to get toys to donate to the CHiPs For Kids toy drive. This is a neat little toy store at the Mattel warehouse. GPS sent me down the wrong street but it is fairly easy to find. Look for the sign that indicates the toy store overflow lot and turn to the left to find the store entrance. Plenty of parking in the lot. Pricing is at least 50% off retail with a free membership that you can sign up for while checking out. The sale items are discounted even more. There is something for everyone here including adults. Staff members are friendly and helpful. Stock is replenished often and there is a variety of brands available. Limit is 50 for the same item. Be sure to take the time to peruse through everything. One tip is, if you see something you like, put it in your cart immediately. It may not be there during a second round of browsing. True story.

Used to come often when my children were little. I needed barbies for a special event as well as Hot wheels and boy did they have a selection. Much cheaper than the toy stores. Got so much for $100! Also their hours have changed. They are open almost everyday! See hours I took a

Google and yelp marked this store open but it was closed on 1/2/26. Not sure if it's permanently closed or just closed for the holidays.

Loved it! Never knew it existed until I saw it on Yelp for toy stores in the area. It's connected to a warehouse so it can be easy to miss but it has good parking. Inside it's like 6 or so large and long tables of discounted toys, I would say all because of damaged boxes. But the toys are fine. I like that its separated by babies, boys, and girls toys. I think it's kind of a mystery what will be there but we got items and 50% with their free membership. We got all the nieces christmas gifts here this year!

Awesome discount, smaller than I thought for a warehouse store. They do have a lot of different things on a daily, baby items, toddler toys, dolls and hotwheel. Packaging are slightly damages for some, some are actually brand new looking. This place is out of nowhere. Plenty of parking, you probably won't spend more than 30mins to look around. Staff are very nice, they will need email to sign up for discount.

I was sad to see that they had Pokémon cards in stock that were marked up 3X MSRP.... MSRP Pokémon cards cost a roughly $4.50 a pack.. they had Perfect Order single packs for $12 each. Like most grandparents trying to survive a shopping trip with a toddler, I handed my grandson a cheap little $6 jump rope in a box to keep him occupied. Apparently, this was my first mistake. When I got to checkout, the employee informed me that I was required to purchase the jump rope because my 1-year-old had put it in his mouth. I was stunned. In all my years of shopping, I have never encountered such an absurd and unreasonable demand. The item was boxed, undamaged, and perfectly sellable. Yet I was treated as though my toddler had somehow rendered it unusable. What happened next was even worse. When I questioned the policy, another employee with purple hair inserted herself into the conversation with a shockingly hostile attitude. Rather than calmly explaining the situation, she was confrontational, dismissive, and unnecessarily rude. Her behavior was completely unprofessional and reflected terribly on the store. Customer-facing employees should know how to speak to people respectfully, especially when dealing with a reasonable question from a paying customer. If this is truly store policy, then management should make it clearly visible instead of allowing employees to spring it on customers at checkout. More importantly, management should seriously address how these employees interact with customers. Their conduct was unacceptable and deserves immediate attention. No customer should be spoken to in the manner I was. I paid for the jump rope simply because I wanted to end the unpleasant interaction, and then I put back the approximately $200 worth of toys I had intended to purchase. After being treated so poorly, there was no chance I was rewarding that behavior with additional business. What bothered me most was not the six dollars. It was the appalling customer service. I have shopped here many times before and have always had positive experiences. This encounter was completely different. The employees involved were rude, aggressive, and seemed far more interested in creating conflict than helping a customer. I sincerely hope management reviews this incident and reprimands the employees involved. Their behavior was unacceptable, damaging to the store's reputation, and ultimately cost the business a loyal customer and hundreds of dollars in sales. I hope the $6 jump rope was worth them losing a $200 sale and all other future sales. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I will not be returning, and I would strongly caution others to expect better treatment elsewhere. No wonder this business only has 2 1/2 stars . The guy who was the first to demand payment was Ernesto.

Lucky for her, we were able to locate the last NeeDoh ice cube for $3.99. We were excited about the price because anywhere else they priced them at triple amount which I find it so insane. My son bought a small airplane toy and I had to get a Lake Arrowhead magnet for my fridge. Love the prices on those too. Total came to about $13 for all three items which isn't too bad. There were so many toys within the store though. It was a bit overwhelming, but lots of cool stuff. Some toys were pricey and some at reasonable prices. I was trying to buy squishy needles for my two teenage children, who are only 13 and 14 years old. She refused to sell them to us because, according to her, they were "not kids." The way she handled the situation was unnecessary and made both of my children feel embarrassed, disappointed, and angry. Afterward, I called the store manager to share my concerns and provide feedback. Unfortunately, I felt that the manager didn't seem to care about my point of view or the fact that the interaction had hurt my family's feelings. The way we were treated left me feeling unwelcome. While I can't know the reason for how we were treated, the experience made me wonder whether bias played a role, and it left me feeling as though we may have been treated differently because of our race. No customer should leave a store feeling that way. I am without words after reading other reviews here, that totally make sense on our experience at this store. It is sad to see that my family and I are not the first and definitely not the last people that would have this type of experience at this store. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this store, and I hope management takes customer service and respectful treatment of all customers more seriously.

I rearranged my schedule and made time to come back based on what your staff told me. When I arrived today, I was told they still weren't out yet. When I asked if there was anything they could do since I was specifically instructed to come back at that time, the employee at the front basically acted indifferent and just said there was nothing they could do. I've been in retail for years, and entering inventory into a system is not some massive impossible task. This honestly came across as laziness and a complete lack of concern for customer satisfaction. Don't tell customers to come back at a specific time if you're not actually prepared to follow through. Traffic and gas prices in Southern California are terrible. People are spending real time and money to come support your business, so at least be considerate of that when making promises to customers. I understand inventory processing takes time, but communication and effort matter. A simple apology or attempt to help would have gone a long way. The store is large and packed with product, but there also weren't many customers there, which makes the lack of urgency even more frustrating. The owner should seriously consider improving management and customer service standards because experiences like this are exactly why customers stop coming back.
