TV keeps going out, is out now since 9am. Have to run around and disconnect this or that. Time on phone has never been correct. They said it was our phones. They are the same phones we had with another company with no issues. Part of our cable was exposed on the ground and it took a long time to get someone to look at it. They acted like they didn't believe me. read more

I was a MetroNet customer for a year. Here are the problems I had: 1. All service drops out several times per week. 2. Autopay does not work. It'll take one month then your service will be shut off without notifying you until you reset up autopay. I had to do it every other month. I checked with my bank, they say it is Metronet's problem. I don't have these autopay issues with any other company. 3 I decided I had enough and canceled my service. Since then, they kept harassing me billing me for three months after. I had to get a lawyer and begin litigation against this company. They are still trying to bill me for service I don't have. read more

Don't waste your time or money. THANK GOD, I only experienced this company's wifi for the summer and have now sat on the phone twice for over an hour trying to re-fix the wifi they just came out and reinstalled. I come to find out there is ANOTHER OUTAGE, like thats twice now. Its out every other month. I could knit a sweater and finish a marathon before I get ahold of someone. Wish I could give half a star or none at all, MetroNet would take the cake on worst wifi company. read more

So today I called in to make a payment and they told me I had to pay X amount. So I paid that amount. Moments later my services were still not reconnected. So I called back and explained that I had just made a payment and but I still had no service. The lady was happy to help she verified that I had made the payment in full and she reconnected the service. Not even 5 minutes later my service was not working again. So I called them back and asked what was going on. The guy tells me that I still needed to make a payment. He transferred me to billing. Ronda got on the phone and said that I still owe $35 for a reconnect fee. Now I'm sorry where did this fee come from. My service wasn't even off for 24hrs. And why when I called the first time to make the payment was I not told about this fee? So instead of Ronda trying to fix the issue she said well if you made the payment why can't you pay the $35. It shouldn't be a problem. Well excuse me. It is a problem if I was not told about it when they had 2 other occasions to inform me. Then when I ask to speak to a manager she says they are all gone for the night. Now if that's true the. This company has some issues. Your a billing call center with no manager on duty. This is a s**ty company. I thought Comcast was bad. I would rather pay them then to pay a lier. At least with Comcast you know what your getting upfront. Do not use them!! read more

I've had Metronet Internet for about a year. No problems whatsoever with service, billing, customer support. Very pleased so far.

I am absolutely floored by this company. I decided to give them a try and have been regretting the decision from the start. We are a business and for us every missed call is money down the drain. We had everything all hooked up and then realized that the voicemail was not working. Trying to figure out why was a very lengthy and painful process. We finally got it figured out and we were going fine for about a month when we were unable to get into the voicemail and listen to the messages. Again another very lengthy process where they ultimately shut off one of our phone lines. Neither time did they have any clue as to what was going on or how to fix it. We have 2 phone lines and 1 fax line and it seemed to confuse them both times we called in for help. The internet was never working properly as well. Finally I decided to go back to our previous carrier. I never turned off our service with Metronet because I wanted to wait until it was all switched over and working properly. Metronet took it upon themselves to shut off our service. I just had a customer contact us to say none of our phone lines were working. I cant even imagine how much business we have lost because of Metronet. They charged me over $2000 for a service that did not work. Strongly do NOT recommend. read more

This is terrible I have paid triple times the money that I was supposed to. It will go off about 5 times a week and its so annoying.

So we did a "roomate swap" on the bill for my residence Feb. 22nd. I was assured that there would be no service interruptions and I would receive my first bill mid March. March comes, and no bill via email or in the mail. I login to my online account, and a $0.00 balance is shown. I continued to check my online account for a balance and when nothing ever showed, I called back and asked why I had not received a bill yet. They told me that there is no record of active service at my address currently and neither myself or the previous person responsible for the bill show to have a balance. I have had service on and working fine since Feb. 22nd? Now I'm being told I could be facing late charges on my balance (which I have not received a bill for and cannot access through the online portal!) when they figure it out, but I should be getting a bill within the week. Nope, no bill. Called back today and was told there is still an open and unresolved service ticket on my account. So frustrating because I just want to pay my bill so I don't feel behind. And the fact that I could be facing late charges when I have had no access to a bill to pay is absolutely ridiculous. I have never been ANYTHING besides early on a bill of any kind and this is not a good feeling. I will give props to the customer service representatives on the phone who have been kind and understanding every time I have called even when I have been noticeably annoyed or in tears. read more

If I could give a negative number I would!!! This company is a JOKE and don't waste your hard earned time and money!!!! Let's just start with the Sales Person, I called him based on a referral from a FB friend and it seemed a little hokey from the start. The salesman stated that 3 TV's were included and depending on the installer I might get the 4th TV included as well. I wanted both internet and TV so he said that he was adding a whole home modem at no charge also. I scheduled the job a week out for between 10 and noon, which came and went....... I contacted my salesman and he didn't answer but promptly sent me a text which said "The 877 number in your email you can call to contact the installation team!"...... This immediately infuriated me, why do I need to fix your mistake? I called anyway because it was clear this idiot was going to be no help. After my 20 minute call (mostly on hold) I got an answer that they were going to be here at 12:30-1;00, which also came and went. I sent my salesman a text stating "Not starting off so well. Now you guys are saying 12:30-1... I picked the window of 10-12 because I have an appointment to be at this afternoon." He then sends this back..... "That's beyond my control sir I'm sorry they set you back that's not cool man and I do apologize all I do is set install and package for you and submit" next text "I'm just a sales rep I can't communicate with install crews or move around times that's just out of my reach so idk what happened today with that sir" This guy clearly does not know what sales is all about!! He then called me about 1:30 stating how this was all "f"-d up and the installers screw s&@t up all the time he said he called his dispatch and told them I was a new "f"n customer and this is bulls&@t that they can't get it right along with several other off color words, I guess most of his customers are in prison and used to that sort of language but In my Company we don't cuss in front of perspective customers. Then the next day the install guy shows, an hour and a half late without the correct equipment I ordered from my salesman...... He then said it would take him 4 hours to run lines on 6 poles to get to my house and then again could not even hook me up!!! At this point I said just cancel my order. So I called my salesman twice and he didn't answer. He then texted me an hour later and said I could again call the 877 number...... I texted him back and said its not my job to fix his mistakes and that I was the customer..... That got him to call me where he was blaming everyone else and being very rude to me so I told him he did not need to be a dick to me because his company screwed up and he then said that I was the one being a "f"ing dick and I didn't need to be yelling at him at which point I hung up. I will not ever do business with this company!!! And I will never have a good word to say about them!! read more
