Awful wait and poor customer service. We waited over an hour and it was very chaotic. I do not recommend this store or company.

Hunter was extremely helpful to my family when we switched over from AT&T. We had a lot of problems and he always had a solution for everything. He worked with us for over 5 hours in a span of 2 days. I'm very grateful for the staff at this store they were very knowledgeable and seriously helped my family with all of our questions and concerns. read more

Absolutely exceptional experience. Donald helped my wife and I out and it was the smoothest experience I've ever had in a phone store. We had a fairly difficult request as well: We started by adding a second line to my account, switching my wife from AT&T. We still owed on the phone, but Donald was able to get transfer working after acquiring a transfer pin. He then helped us get her into a new S22+ with no issues. Amazing promotions as well. Then we also purchased a green galaxy watch to match her new phone, and add that to my plan. Donald helped me switch my digits plan from an old apple watch, to my current gear s3 frontier Samsung device. Finally we upgraded to Magenta Max and overall saved over $70/month from having half of our phone service on AT&T. Very very impressed and feel fortunate that we had Donald as our technician. read more

Friday at 5:45 apparently this is the the only store that can address a broken phone. Took 45 minutes to get here. 2 people working and 6 waiting. Not a great start. read more

WORST... EXPERIENCE...EVER!!!  Was treated like crap by Kamandi.  Seriously the worst customer service we've ever experienced.  There were only two younger guys on the floor.  We were never acknowledged when we came in, waited about 3 minutes before we got side eye from Kamandi, then another few minutes before we got side eye again.  Then after a few more minutes, he seemed annoyed that he had to come check us in.  He excused himself from the customer he was with, grabbed a clipboard and approached us, with his mask halfway off his face.  No "welcome to T-Mobile", "sorry for the wait, we're kind of busy", no "thanks for waiting ", no "how can I help you".  He just walked up to us and just said quite rudely, "what's your name...". It was just rude.  I looked at him and said, "first of all, you can start by saying something like "welcome to T-Mobile, what can I do for you today?", but he immediately became hostile.  He told me to drop my attitude because he was very busy.  I told him that his customer service was horrible and he responded with "do you want me to help you or not?".  I told him that I needed to talk to his manager and he just smiled and said sure, "he's not here so you'll have to come back this afternoon."  I asked him "you're serious, there is no manager or supervisor here?.  And he said "No, sir... not until later. (Still smiling like it was funny)  I'm trying to help you, do you want it or not?  I don't have to help you, I can ask you to leave!"  At that time his only coworker on the floor approached us to defend him. He said again, "look, I'm trying to help you!  What do you need?"  I finally told him that I needed to turn in our two old phones... as we agreed to do for the new phone offer we'd been in for a few weeks back.  It was then that my husband asked him to please wear his mask completely before we'd continue to talk with him.  He just gave him his trademark side eye again, and my husband asked him another 3 times.  It was at that point that Kamandi just started waving his hands at my husband in a "shoo-fly, you're bothering me fashion".  That was it!!! My husband snapped and said "oh no, boy, you didn't just do that!"  My husband is 65, and meant the "boy" comment in regards to his immaturity and age.  It was not a racial issue!  But of course Kamandi and his coworker started on about how disrespectful his racial remark was.  I apologized that it was taken that way and they just kept telling us that we better leave.  It was horrendous, embarrassing and so unprofessional!  The worst experience I've ever had with customer service, or lack thereof!  At the car, I called back to ask for the manager's info.  It was answered by the coworker and as soon as I told him who I was, he just hung up on me.  I tried 6 days later, multiple times, to call the store number to speak to a manager, but it just rings and rings then goes to an automatic message with no way to leave a message. For a large national retail location, this place is a joke!  I called corporate and filed a complaint but I'm not holding my breath that anything will come if it. read more

We wanted to move to T-Mobile because we felt that we were getting gouged at another provider. It took my husband six customer service calls with at least hours of waiting for help. They charged us for four lines of service when we only had one at the time because they were unable to figure out how to move my phone to a T-Mobile phone. After they got finished with fixing that, we had trouble with our bill because it gave us a over charge when they said we were late, however that was the first bill we had received. Around the 15th phone call to customer service my husband spoke with a manager who said, and I quote boy we have really treated you poorly and have even been dumb enough to write it all down. Because we had promised your wife an iPhone 13 you may go into our corporate store in town and get a iPhone white 13 free on us. When my husband went to the store they said oh yes we've read these manager notes but we can't do that. My husband saw another advertisement and said that for $800 we could trade in my iPhone 8 to an iPhone 13, and when my husband suggested this he was told that that wasn't for our new service. It has been a nightmare being with T-Mobile and I rent do not recommend it to anyone for any reason at any time. read more
