Recently moved from Chicago and after 7 years with Comcast we decided to drop them because of their…read moreridiculous price for cable TV, Anyways heard about these guys on the radio and after receiving some printed marketing on the mail we decided to give them a call. So it's a Monday afternoon around 1:30 and I call with some questions, guy answers the phone half a sleep and mumbles the name of the company. Red flag right there, but I decided to continue like I said I was with the same cable company for seven years so I really don't know much about satellite TV. The guy on the other side of the line sounded and felt impatient and fed up with my inquires, at one point I tell him "should I call in a better time, sounds like you are busy" and what I get is this: "Why, I'm answering all your questions aint I" enough said. Sorry buddy that I am taking your time trying to give you my business. I was trying to get personal service that's what they advertise and instead I got a cold shoulder and very poor customer service. Would not recommend them at all you get much better service calling Direct TV.

I paid $50 to be called an asshole by the "business owner" who worries more about lying on negative reviews than he does making things right. Again go to Best Buy and save yourselves the trouble of dealing with this man. The comment below is a great example of lying to try and cover the businesses ass after putting a customer through a horrible and honestly uncomfortable experience.
