My wife and I were accepted as new patients a few weeks ago Everything seemed okay until I needed them to fill out FMLA paperwork on behalf of my wife ($40 fee up front). My FMLA status prior to this clinic was for up to 5 times a month for illness and 5 times for Dr/ER visits, which was about to expire. This office agreed to those same times and added notes into the computer, noting that time length. I received the finished paperwork, which was for 1 day a month for illness and 1 day a month for Dr/ER visits. I called them and the manager was full of tihs because she said that's the maximum time they write for FMLA, without her knowing anything about my wife's ailments or medical history.. I believe that she thinks FMLA is paid time off, which is none of her business, and it's not. She just flat out lied and thinks everyone is stupid, and it didn't take long to realize that. She just made up policies and prices as she spoke. Very unprofessional and prejudice, in my opinion .They are definitely con artists and we will not be going back. Update: Went to another doctor and had my FMLA paperwork filled out correctly, no problems. read more

This office staff is really nice when you're in office but when ever you try to deal with them via the phone it's a level of frustration that can't even be put into words! The PA that i see is amazing and it's why i continue going to this office but i am so over the service i scheduled a telemedicine for 12 pm only to wake up on the day of my appointment at 9:30 with 3 missing calls and my appointment cancelled! I called them and they said the PA was not going to be in the office and that they were moving appointments around. They scheduled me for 3:30 i was talking to the office at 3:30 pm because i never got the link for my telemedicine appointment. They triaged me and TOOK MY PAYMENT (COPAY) to give me my MRI results and they told me the PA was calling me in a few mins 5 mins went by no call. I called them they put me on hold to see what was happening over 10 mins later i hang up and call back at this point im livid because im on hold over 10 mins and no one comes to the line to let me know what's going on! Then when i call back rema is trying to tell me their are other patients ahead of me! I ask what are you talking about? The person i spoke to said she was going to call me right now!!! And now you're telling me this she says let me check she puts me on hold for another 5 mins then comes back to tell me i have to hold some more while she's trying to figure out what's going on 40 mins after my appointment! At that point i hung up. I called back and asked them to refund my copay and i wouldn't be back not one single time did they apologize to me or say they were sorry! I have been to busier offices with way better response times. Every time I've been to this office it's never been so busy that would justify this kind of wait. I believe this is blatant disregard for the patient and they're time as if only the office's time is what matters! Great PA i have been a patient for over 2 years and never even saw my primary care which didn't matter because i was very satisfied with ms Ray but can not deal with how they conduct business. We came here for my husband's initial medical establishment and in conclusion we are so very very happy. We felt they care about us which matters the most. The moment we walked in I felt this great positive vibe in this office. We plan to be here forever and Dr Cox was amazing along with his Physician Assistant. They both are wonderful with the rest of the staffs. We look forward to many years of great experiences ahead and we are looking forward to share our personal experiences with our families and friends. Y'all are god sent and we are so blessed. Amazing place!! Robert is so sweet! brought my mom in to establish care, she doesn't speak much English and finding a Spanish translator she feel comfortable with is always hard. Kendall was super attentive and you can tell she really cares about her patients.. super staff! read more

The last time I visited here, the service was awesome. This current time, it has been the worst I've ever received anywhere. I'm waiting on results of a CT scan, which they've received, but will not call me back. They've been sitting in their inbox "waiting to be reviewed" for 2 days now. It's not like this place is so busy that someone cant take a minute to review them for me. I fell and hit my head on the ground and would like to know if I have an injury that I should be concerned about. I guess this type of injury is not important to them. I'm new to Fort Worth and needed a prescription refill plus treatment for a sinus infection. The wait time was short, I never found myself waiting too long, and I felt like they were really attentive to me. Even better, when there was a delay in my prescription that I needed because I was leaving for a trip the following day, the medical assistant Kendra really went out of her way to communicate with me over the phone and get my prescription to Walgreens, literally within the last hour of the workday! My name is Jessica - after years of suffering without proper healthcare I was finally able to go to my first appointment today. The staff here are truly KIND, Patient, and you feel like they really do CARE. I have HOPE now that I will soon be on the road to a full recovery. Each person was so kind to me, something that I have not found in the healthcare system very often - even Holly was extremely friendly and a true PRO at drawing blood. She knew I was nervous and her friendly, confident demeanor put my mind at ease. It was quick efficient and painless - she was great! The doctor was EMPATHETIC, and ready and willing to find SOLUTIONS for me. The nurse was friendly, pleasant, and knowledgeable. The woman at the front desk was patient and kind.
