This place is amazing, our whole family has gone for random X-rays and stitches over the years, and we have a 10/10 experience every time. I'm a nurse at Harris and have recommended it to so many coworkers - staff is warm, friendly, and everyone we've interacted with has incredible bedside manner. Doctors have all been very relaxed, knowledgeable and compassionate, and the front desk lady makes you feel like an old friend. Pricing is super reasonable and straightforward, it's been cheaper and MUCH better quality than Breeze down the street. We are always out in 20-30 minutes from when we walk in the door, and we've left feeling taken care of and listened to. I was rear ended the other day and my lower back was hurting so, I decided to get myself checked out. I decided to come here because, it was conveniently located and the reviews were good. I walked in and there was no wait in the Lobby The Receptionist was so helpful to me when I filled out the forms. The Doctor was female and she was very nice, informative and understanding. I received an extensive exam and exray. There was nothing wrong with me just a few sprains but, the pain will run it's course. The front desk person was very friendly and the doctor was thorough and had a pretty good bedside manner. The nurses, however, were not the friendliest. The one that stuck me to get blood and leave in an IV port hurt me so much that I yelled and almost lifted off of the bed. She did not say one word afterwards. I was surprised that she did not offer any compassion or apology with how badly she hurt me. It took a while for it to stop hurting and then when I had to roll over during my ultrasound, I hurt it again to the point that I cried. I insisted of having the port removed because it was there for just in case I needed an IV. The nurse that came in to remove it was different from the one that put it in and she seemed to have a bad attitude about it. read more

Overpriced , my boyfriend went in for something bothering his eye and I had told the lady in the front that I wanted them to check his eye not just put eye drops and ointment because we had already tried that . The doctor that attended him looked at his eye so fast , it seems like he didn't even try to check it right. The lady in the front had told us they were going to give it look at first before doing anything due to the price and they did not do that. It came out to be $352 for my boyfriend still feeling something inside his eye bothering him. This is a superb urgent care facility. I visited at 10:45 pm recently after having incomplete followup from a different urgent care facility that morning. I had an allergic reaction with welps on my face and neck and misshaped, very red eyes. Dr. Wright and his nurse took outstanding care of me. They calmed my nervousness, gave me steroid shots and a prescription to take for the next 5 days. I am almost completely over the allergic incident and feeling much better. Because of the name of the urgent care location including the letters ER, I was very concerned what the total cost would be. I called the facility and after giving them my insurance info I was able to determine the total cost of my visit prior to arriving, which was a very reasonable charge. I cannot imagine medical care that exceeds the treatment I got at Complete Medical Care. They even called two days later to check on me! read more

My daughter was was extremely ill. She was admitted here and they provided excellent care. After she was stabilized and well, they released her. After being well for a day she fell very ill again and they took her in again. They arranged for a direct transfer to a hospital to elevate her care. The admitting staff, nurses, and doctors were all excellent, professional, and genuinely cared about my daughter's well being. So grateful and appreciative of the staff here! Complete care camp. Bowie is a ostate of the art emergency room with ER certified doctors and nurses. They will do lab, x-rays, and even CAT scans if needed. The staff is very knowledgeable and kind, and the building is modern and very clean. I was seen in the quickest fashion each time I have been here and have been very satisfied with the doctors I have seen. They listen, talk to you, treat you medically appropriately, and educate you on your problem. The nurses and other staff are just as wonderful and make it their highest priority to make sure you're comfortable as possible. If you have a choice, definitely come here! read more

This was a really great experience. I cut my finger open and considered not going in because I was afraid of the charges. The staff worked with me and my insurance so that I could get the care I needed at a price I could afford. I had to bring my 7yo son with me who is very squeamish. They offered to take him to another kid-friendly room where he might feel more comfortable while I got stitched up. They also gave him a Dr. Pepper and a stuffed animal when we left. The whole visit lasted about an hour which is incredible for an emergency room. All of the staff was very friendly and personable. The Dr. explained the procedure and after care at length with me and seemed genuinely concerned for my well-being. If you need immediate care on the west side, this is the place to go! read more

This place is a great alternative to the ER when you need to be seen ASAP. My experience involved my mom who caught a terrible respiratory bug from me. After nights of her not sleeping due to a relentless cough and increasing fever, we went here for help this morning. It's nice, new, and clean. Everyone from the front desk admin to the doctors were kind, professional, and great at their individual roles. We had the pleasure of working with Dr. Mike Hart and Nurse Marty F., who both took excellent care of my mom. They did a flu test that came back negative, and she then received a Rocephin and steroid injection. She was sent home with oral antibiotics and cough syrup. It's only been about 6 hours since she was treated, and she's already showing signs of improvement in that she's actually been able to rest without being kept up by coughing. Like I said at my check in, if needed this is definitely the place to go. read more

I took my son in to be seen for shortness of breath, wheezing, and chest pains. Upon arriving the first thing I noticed was the girl at the front desk didn't seem professional or present. Her hair was all over the place and she looked like she literally just rolled out of the bed. She told me to wait for a minute and came back with a nurse. The nurse asked what was going on, I explained to her what his issues were. She said she was going to take him back while I filled out the paper work. I didn't object because he was breathing heavy and didn't think it would be an issue. After he was taken back she asked for my ID and insurance. After handing her both she then asked me if my ID covered him. I asked her what did she mean. She repeated the same exact question. I then asked her again what did she mean. She then explained because it was a military issued ID that he could be covered under it as well. I explained to her that had she read the ID she would've seen that he wasn't, and that I wouldn't have handed her an insurance card as well. So once she finally decided to read it she said "Oh, we don't take this insurance." I told her "I can't pay for him to be seen out of pocket so we can leave." She then tells me "Since he's already been taken back he has to be seen and we will just bill you." I wasn't even there for a full five minutes and even after I told her that I couldn't pay out of pocket she had the audacity to tell me that. I then told her "I didn't ask or tell you to have a nurse take him back before I filled out paper work or you verified his insurance." She then explained that they like to take patients back right away. I told her "Normally if a clinic only takes certain insurance, they verify it before your even seen. We're not staying and going somewhere else." She then went to go get my son and we left. I don't know if this is a scam that they have going on or if she didn't know what she was doing. But I highly wouldn't recommend going here until you know for sure your insurance will cover the visit/bill. read more

Check in time was good. Nurses were a bit unprofessional. 1. Answered questions explained my history to her. 2. While she was relaying info to the Dr I could hear her & dr talking loudly about my health history and saying inappropriate things about me. Very inappropriate & unprofessional. Laughing even. Almost got up & left. 3. Dr. took way too long to explain things and wasn't a good listener at all. Misunderstood several things in my history I wasn't feeling good to listen to a biology lesson while I love learning. I'd told him a few times I had knowledge of what I need to do & was doing it etc. it was just draining. His breath was horrible. He made it sound like he wasn't going to be able to help but checked me over anyway. That was very weird. 4. Nurses had to stick me 3x's to draw blood got blood all over me. They didn't feel helpful. 5. Tried asking Dr a few questions felt he wasn't that helpful. Said I was a bit dehydrated why didn't they offer an IV? So I'm having to get one today @ a different place. 6. Gave wrong info as to what pharmacy is open on Saturday late. I don't feel that much better. Am going to follow up with my interest tomorrow. read more

I will never make the mistake of going here again. I took my son in because his eye was badly inflamed and red and he couldn't see out of it. He has no insurance and I was prepared to pay out of pocket. What I was NOT prepared for, for the callus attitude of the "doctor". He kept saying "he has no insurance and he might lose vision in that eye and you need to go to JPS" which is the county hospital. He was stuck on that one statement.....don't know if he was having a bad day or WHAT his problem was, and I don't care....he is obviously not a people person and might be better off in some other profession....there's a car wash close by...maybe he could apply THERE. He acted as if he could not be bothered with any questions and was reading something while I was trying to talk to him. Totally unprofessional. I had an experience today where due to a enlarged kidney stone was in dire pain. I called them, desperate for help to relieve the pain, and within 10 mins of leaving my house, I was in a hospital bed being given pain medication and fluids. They are amazing! I went here a year ago for a work related injury and had a good experience. Fast forward a year and I went for another work Injury. Aside from the nice lady at the front desk the rest of the the staff I encountered were rude, sarcastic and acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. I asked for a referral to an orthopedist when they told me my wrist wasn't broken and I was told I had to get with my employers workers comp doctor. I tried to explain I was a Federal Employee and we didn't have a workers compensation physician, Dr. Wright proceeded to talk to me like I was a child and tell me I would have to talk with my employers workers comp physician. The rudest nurse I have ever met placed an ace wrap on my wrist and gave me my paperwork. On my way out I called the Safety Manager at my employer to have him explain to the very nice receptionist how I would need a referral to the orthopedic, I couldn't just go to one without it. She went and talked to someone and told me they would make the referral the next day. Two days later, I called to ask about the referral and I had the pleasure of speaking with the same rude nurse. She told me they didn't make referrals and I could either talk with my workers comp physician at work or go to my personal physician. I wouldn't recommend this for a work injury and I definitely wouldn't ever want to be seen by Dr. Wright for any type of injury or illness. read more

I came in for a minor injury, 6 stitches on my hand. The doctor was amazing, great bedside manner. My issue is with the billing, which I see the same in other reviews. I was over charged by the front office staff, they said I had to pay $500.00 since I hadn't met my deductible, but I called back after my visit because my insurance rep told me that was wrong, and the Camp Bowie office agreed that I should have only been charged $120.00, as my deductible did not apply. When I finally got a hold of someone in billing (after leaving 3 voicemails), they said they will not have my bill till 10-14 days after my visit, and that they cannot refund me until after my insurance processes the claim which can be up to 30 days. It is very frustrating to be $500.00 out of pocket for a mistake made by the front office who should be familiar with insurance benefits. read more

I have nothing but positives to say about this place! I waited no longer than 5 minutes to be seen. All staff was very knowledgeable, kind, respectful, and calming. I had a DVT and was VERY scared and had no information about what this was. They made me feel so comfortable and informed about what was going on with my body and the options for follow up care that was available and needed. 24 HR SERVICE. We are from out of town and wife woke up Saturday morning with severe vertigo. Found CC ER and called. It was 1.4 miles from our hotel and we went straight there. We arrived about 8 am and were quickly taken in. Receptionist was quick and very polite. Extremely detailed on her instructions. Wish I had taken her name, too. Nurse Courtney and Doctor Bailey were the most helpful ER staff members we have ever seen. Both were making my wife comfortable and gave her helpful hints as to what she should do after leaving there. WE both loved them and how they took care of my wife which was very important. We had never been here before and will telling everyone in FTW area about these guys. I can guarantee you've NEVER been to a ER like this one. You may be sick when you get there, but you'll leave feeling better with a smile on your face. They have the capabilities to take care of Everything, up to a heart attack. They will make you comfortable then send you to the hospital if your having a heart attack. Thank you Complete Care Staff. You are a Blessing to behold. read more

The best service I've gotten from a walk in clinic EVER. The lady working the front desk was very kind & had the most soothing voice & listened as I expressed my concern & answered my questions. The waiting process was short. My nurses were very kind & understanding as well. Dr. Hart was the doctor I saw tonight. He did a great job explaining everything to me making sure he understood my symptoms & wanted to make sure that he didnt run any unnecessary test on me. This is a great place!! My wife had to go here for a injured foot and they took awesome care of her. We were seen quickly and the staff was friendly. This level of service is surely on par with any primary care and in my case, exceeded any previous experiences I have had with Primary Care the following ways: (1) 24 hours / 7 days a week (2) Prompt attention, less than 5 minute wait from paperwork to exam room. (3) Advanced equipment onsite like IV fluids and CT/CAT scanner - never seen that at my primary care. (4) Time with the nurse AND the doctor. Perhaps it was just slow, but I had lots of face-to-face time with both the nurse and doctor and never felt rushed or "second" to something else they had to do. (5) When I had a follow up question, the doctor personally returned my call...in less than 10 minutes! (6) lots of documentation about my issue and records transferred to my primary care. Opportunities for improvement: - CoPay is for an ER visit, not primary care, so with BCBS of Texas the copay was double but still reasonable to me. - could have transmitted prescriptions electronically to Walgreens so I didn't have to make two trips. read more

I am literally appalled at all the positive reviews on here. I have a history of cluster headaches and sometimes when my last resort meds don't work I have to go to an urgent care or hospitals to get IV painkillers and anti nausea medication. My last episode happened in the middle of the night and this place is close by so I figured why not try it out. WORST. IDEA. EVER. I get in and the nurse is nice enough but very sarcastic. When I tell her I have a needle phobia she just laughs and tells me I don't because I have a tattoo. And then remarked how my feet are dirty and "gross" because of my spray tan. Professional right? That's when I should have left. The doctor came in, was a younger man who I'm guessing was a UNT resident? Claims I probably have the flu, even though I had a flu shot and have a history of headaches. Proceeds to make me get a flu test because he "could not proceed without" which is NEVER DONE FOR PEOPLE WITH HEADACHES. This made my head hurt worse, I was literally screaming and the same nurse shushed me. Obviously it was negative and I was just in so much pain waiting for meds in my IV, the doctor comes back in and starts jerking around my neck asking if it hurts. I told him it didn't but my head was obviously killing me like I said 2 hours ago. He then says I probably have meningitis and that he would have to collect spinal fluid. I LITERALLY LAUGHED. I told him there is no way in hell I was letting a knockoff ER give me a spinal tap because 1. I really did not believe he had ever done one and 2. There was no way I had meningitis. I had just explained to him I have a history of bad headaches. After verbally refusing more than half a dozen times he finally tells the nurse to give me painkillers for my head. Almost 6 hours after going in for what I thought was a simple issue, I finally got to go home and get some sleep. In the car my father who had been waiting for me said the doctor had come out and told him he had to convince me that I needed a spinal tap. IM 26 YEARS OLD!! I NEVER gave consent for him to speak about my medical records to someone else. This was totally unprofessional and a HIPPA nightmare!!!! To top it all off I had busted veins all over my arms from the IV attempts and blood draws. The bruises lasted for WEEKS and I had people asking me if I got into a fight. read more

I went in to Complete Care after taking a fall and fearing I had broken my foot. There was absolutely no wait and the staff got me in a room right away. Everyone was so kind! The doctor and nurse listened to me and I felt heard which is so rare sometimes in medical facilities. I was out of there in an hour! No one ever wants to go to an ER, but if you ever need to go, I highly recommend coming here. Short wait times paired with an incredible staff made an otherwise painful experience a lot less painful than it could have been. Every staff member I met was incredibly kind and accommodating - everyone wished me to feel better after I had met with them, and everyone's upbeat attitude kept things relatively light and relaxed (or at least as light and relaxed as the situation allowed). My nurse was exceptionally great; I'm not one for needles (read: I'm a huge baby), and he somehow managed to keep me laughing even when I had to get blood drawn. Dr. Roberts is excellent; he explained everything to me clearly and concisely and had no problem answering any questions I had. I had to get an ultrasound done - they have techs that commute in, so depending on who's on call, the time it takes for them to get there can vary. Rather than leaving us in the dark, Dr. Roberts made sure to check in with us once he knew who was coming to give us a time estimate before the tech would be there. That is the one thing I hate about going to an ER - sitting around endlessly and never knowing when a doctor would be there to check in on you - but Dr. Roberts personally made sure that we were always in the know about what would be happening next. I'm unsure what types of insurance they take, but they took mine (Cigna) and explained very clearly how everything would be billed. All in all, this was one of the nicest, most pleasant clinics I've ever been to, and I would highly recommend them for any sort of urgent care. read more

Just went for my first visit to this place and I cannot say how impressed I am. I was seen within probably five minutes and was in and out within an hour. The nurse was super experienced as well as the doctor. If it wasn't for the high co-pay walking in I would go to this place for my regular doctor. We were from out of town visiting family and my son had an issue with a pre-existing condition. Complete Care was fantastic. The staff and nurses were very courteous and professional. The front desk immediately checked our insurance so we would know how much the fee would be. This is classified as an ER so they perform scans and MRI's which we did not need, but even the $100 fee which included all the labs was very much worth it and very reasonable compared to other just Urgent Cares we have gone to. The doctor was amazing. He was very knowledgeable of may son's pre-existing condition. His assessment and recommended treatment was spot on and our home doctor was very pleased. He was very professional, but also very personable and helped put my teenage son at ease. The facility itself was very clean, virtually no wait time. I wish we had a CC in California. read more

I was in Ft. Worth for the weekend, and came down with a horrible stomach bug/food poisoning. I came into their office about 630AM and they immediately got me back, had a nurse come in, the Dr. came in right afterwards and I was given fluid and medicine immediately.
