Just terrible. The doctors, nurses, assistants, everyone meant to help in the building just drag their feet. It's ridiculous. ZERO STARS

I am the mother of a 30-week preemie born via emergency C-section (APGAR 5/7). My baby spent weeks…read morein this NICU and remains under the care of the hospital's High-Risk Clinic. Yesterday, I went to the unit to visit (as I was previously invited to do) and to see if I could get a medical-grade suction bulb. My baby has severe GERD and a high risk of aspiration--she chokes until her eyes are red and milk shoots from her nose. Having the right equipment for her safety is not something to play with. The treatment I received from Nurses HELEN and JESSICA was unprofessional and retaliatory. I have previously reported these nurses for their conduct during my baby's stay. When I arrived, Helen brushed me off and intentionally sent Jessica to the door to confront me. Jessica looked me in the face and said, 'I know who you are.' She then stood there acting as if the supplies were her personal property, condescendingly stating she would give me one 'this time only' and 'reminded' me that they don't provide these once a baby has left. It is deeply disappointing that staff would use a medical necessity to power-trip and settle a personal grudge. To treat a mother this way when she is simply trying to ensure her high-risk baby can breathe safely is unacceptable. ARMC management needs to address the behavior of Helen and Jessica immediately. I will not be returning to this unit to visit again. Their lucky My baby has to come to the clinic or i wouldn't step foot in this Hospital. Unless it was to see my OB. Sorry Dr. R & Dr. B but your staff that represent that unit need to be better VETTED

I finally made it in time for the Farmer's Market held every Wednesday from 8 am to 1:30 pm…read more I was able to pick up shredded empanadas from King's. My friend loved this tasty meal. Also, I got myself a pitaya (dragon fruit) bowl topped with fresh cut strawberries, kiwis, blueberries, pineapples, bananas, super seeds with raw honey. This was so refreshing on a hot day. I thoroughly enjoyed eating a healthy meal for lunch. Plus, you can try the fresh fruit that they're selling. The strawberries were so sweet and a good size. One basket is $5 but the better value is 3 baskets for $12 which is definitely worth it.

I am extremely disappointed with the way this medical office has handled my care. I originally…read morescheduled my appointment in early April and have been waiting months to be seen. Recently, I was informed that my appointment was simply canceled due to the doctor's unavailability. I was not given a meaningful alternative or accommodation, and the cancellation was made against my wishes after I had already waited a significant amount of time for care. When I called to reschedule, I was told that the next available appointment would not be until September. In other words, because of a scheduling issue on the provider's side, I am now expected to wait several additional months to receive medical care. What makes this even more concerning is that my health has been deteriorating while I wait for treatment. I sought this appointment because I need medical care, not because it is optional. Being told that I must wait until September despite worsening symptoms is both frustrating and alarming. The only alternative offered was for me to call every day to check whether another patient had canceled an appointment so that I might be able to take that opening. This is not a reasonable solution. I work on specific days and cannot constantly call the office hoping that an appointment becomes available at a time when I am able to leave work and attend on short notice. If an opening becomes available while I am at work, I am effectively out of luck. It is unacceptable to place the burden on patients to repeatedly call the office every day in hopes of obtaining care, especially after waiting since April and while dealing with a declining health condition. Patients deserve timely access to medical treatment and reasonable accommodations when appointments are canceled through no fault of their own. As a result of this experience, I will be filing a formal grievance with my insurance provider. I hope this office improves its scheduling practices, prioritizes patients with ongoing medical needs, and shows greater consideration for those whose health may worsen while waiting months for an appointment.

Where do I even begin? I have given this office staff multiple chances to improve, but the…read moresituation only continues to get worse. We are fairly new to this health center after enrolling with IEHP in 2025. While the doctor seems great, the office staff's repeated mistakes have made this experience incredibly frustrating and counterproductive. During our first visit, a nurse incorrectly recorded my son's height as 5'6" when he is actually close to 5'9". While I initially brushed this off as a minor mistake, it was unfortunately just the beginning. At his first round of lab work, some concerns were identified. He was prescribed Vitamin D and we were told to monitor his blood sugar levels, as he was borderline prediabetic. A second round of labs was scheduled, but they failed to check his Vitamin D levels. At that point, his results showed he had progressed to prediabetes, and he was referred to endocrinology. Before the third set of labs, I asked the office to include all tests requested by the endocrinologist in their order. I was initially told no. I then attempted to cancel the appointment, explaining I would proceed directly through endocrinology, but the office reassured me they could handle everything and encouraged me to keep the appointment. At that visit, the nurse was unable to successfully draw blood from one arm and had to attempt again in the other. My son, who is autistic, began to shut down, which I clearly communicated to the nurse. Despite this, she dismissed my concerns, stated he was "fine," and proceeded to hug him, which triggered a meltdown. As a result, he missed an entire day of school and needed time to recover in a safe space. When the endocrinologist later reviewed the lab results, they were unable to properly assess his condition because critical tests--including his A1C--had not been completed. We were forced to schedule yet another round of lab work. The only notable finding was elevated liver enzymes, but without the complete panel, no conclusions could be made. At this point, I expressed my frustration to the doctor and requested to take the lab order to Labcorp myself. I was told I could pick up the lab slip before 5 PM. I arrived at 4:50 PM, only to find the office locked. After knocking, someone opened the door and told me they were in a meeting. I explained that I had been told I could pick up the slip until 5 PM. They eventually handed me stapled paperwork, which included a lab order and what appeared to be an appointment notice. Unfortunately, the issues did not end there. I later received a notice from Bloomington Community Health blaming me for providing Labcorp with the wrong (outdated) lab slip. This is extremely concerning, as I had never previously taken my son outside of their office for lab work and relied entirely on the documents they provided. It appears the office printed and gave me an outdated lab order, resulting in yet another failed attempt to complete necessary testing. Because of this error, even the follow-up on his elevated liver enzymes have been missed. To say I am frustrated is an understatement. The repeated errors, lack of accountability, and disregard for patient needs have made it impossible to trust this office with my child's care. This level of disorganization is not only unacceptable--it has the potential to negatively impact patient health. I would give zero stars if I was able to. Horrible service!

That is appreciated. Not all asthmatics will wheeze, and it can present differently so medical professionals just need to be aware of that. There was one PA who kicked me out of the ER in 2014 and nearly killed me and he doesn't believe other people's asthma attacks either. I'm talking about Kurt Harris. All the people he's ever failed are all over google reviews. The doctor at Cal State gave me an asthma treatment two days later and said she was incredibly close to sending me to the ER. I don't care that it was 12 years ago. I'll never forget that I came very close to not being here because he rendered zero treatment. I am very thankful a doctor realized I actually couldn't breathe right and helped me. I was in the ER last month and had a really great PA. She listened, asked questions and figured out that it was viral gastroenteritis after ruling out flu and covid. She made sure I wasn't dehydrated. Gastroenteritis isn't necessarily an emergency, but I never had a case that bad before and didn't know what was happening. she gave me some Zofran and a medication for stomach cramping. The gastroenteritis lasted a long time for me, so I followed up with primary and they did a lot of tests to rule out other stuff. The bathrooms need to be cleaner, especially the ones in the lobby. Also, there is a wide gap in the doors and that is not okay.
