Middlesex Office:…read more Why are you letting patients wait in waiting room for 45- 50 minutes without even acknowledging them? Not even who are you? Why are you taking patients that arrived after "ME" before me? What are the companies standards or lack of training, for 3 office personnel, 1 receptionist, 1 PA (supposedly) and one girl that was preoccupied getting patients name right and promising to get it right the next time. All ignoring a patient "ME" for almost an hour sitting the waiting room.... Why did I get bombarded with texts asking if I am coming and to check in. What is value if I get ignored once in office. I had a appointment with Dr. Sweety today and sat in a cold waiting room for 50 minutes while patients that came in after me were called to the back. I was on time for appointment, 2 patients checked in before me. I thought I was the 3rd patient. No one else in waiting room. We were all interrupted by phone call with supposedly an allegorist (false alarm...) about the 4 year old a little overweight needing to come into office for shot training. I had to go in back patient holding area to find someone to help me and the 3 office personnel determined I was already seen and was told to that I was next and sit in waiting room they closed the door behind me. Tired from wait and cold, just miserable knowing I wouldn't get the care I came there for. I told the 3 personnel huddled in the patient holding area that I was leaving.... They asked if I wanted to reschedule???? Really.... Is it that the company are hiring the wrong people or are they are not investing in training them to represent the company.... Let them ask employee(s) to come on their own time and wait almost an hour to get trained.

You can leave a dozen messages about prescriptions refills or scheduling an appointment and they JUST DON'T CALL YOU BACK. The telephone number of the Bayonne location is a 732 number. The number is 732-456-7777. You cannot call directly into the Bayonne office. There's no phone listed for it. That's frustrating. Getting voicemail every single time that I call is maddening. The quality of care I received there in the past was okay. But now they kind of act like they don't need my business. None of this has anything to do with Elsie Rivera, the person who treated me in the past. She just happens to work for a lousy company.

I see he has since moved to Union(most likely cheaper rent since the area is at least a notch lower). At the Springfield location you had to walk back & forth down long hallways & this was when Mom was using a walker & shortly afterwards had to start using a wheelchair so not pleasant. As far as the wait it was always a minimum 30-45 mins & as other reviewers have said he was in a rush. When we first saw him I mentioned Mom having 3 separate issues & after he examined the one he said "we'll address the others next visit" Seriously? Of course it was just to increase his income since Medicare knocked his requested charges down by about 80%. I will say when he eventually addressed the other problems they pretty much were taken care of but after 3 visits I found a place literally around the corner(we were new to the area so weren't familiar with local practices. Maybe it's easier to navigate to his Union office but I'm sure his attitude & demeanor haven't changed(at least for the better)

A friend of mine ( this disease does not run in his family) noticed a similar symptom on his own child and recommended Dr. Turner who ended running a slew of tests to confirm. We arrived early for our appointment and waited over 45 minutes. The actual appointment lasted less than 10 minutes and it felt extremely impersonal and rushed. As a new patient, I have never had a doctor come into a room and lay his hands on my child without at least talking to them to make them feel comfortable. He came into the room he never introduced himself or shook my hand, or introduced himself to my child. Dr. Turner's bedside manner needs some serious help. After briefly speaking with him, I felt he dismissed my concerns and did not leave me with any more information than I came in with. I left the office with the thought " What a complete waste of time and money!" Specialist are not cheap under my insurance, this wasn't a free clinic I was paying for him see my child. He could have at least given me a pamphlet or taken time to address my concerns. I would not recommend Dr. Turner, I would not use his services for my child or for myself. Btw.. he is located on Morris Avenue and there is parking behind he building. The website has not been updated.

The office area had no lights on except for the reception desk. I had the first appointment of the day, I was kept waiting for 20 min. When she finally made her way in, she was rude. I explained why I was there. She never examined the problem area. She ended up burning scar tissue which I explained was a mole that was removed two years ago and just scar tissue. She never wore gloves, which I found disgusting. Her attitude was terrible. Everything I asked she responded with "I don't know, I'm not sure". She burned multiple marks on me but never said what they were or gave any follow up. The next day I woke up with awful blisters. I reached out to my NYC derma, who was horrified. He asked what the diagnosis was for her to do that. And said they should look like that. Needless to say it took 4 days to get a call back. They never gave me the info of what she actually did. The office manager said she would refund the co pay if I didn't write a review. Well it's been a month. I have 6 burn scars and just received a bill from my insurance company for what is listed as "surgery". I have called the location several times with no call back. Save your time and your money, this is not a professional establishment.

My fault for not doing online research and reading google reviews before booking an appointment…read morehere. Upon arrival, I see that I'm the only patient to see Dr. Wininger and assumed that I would see the doctor shortly. I filled out a two page paper of my insurance and personal information as a new patient. Within five minutes later, a nurse called me into a room. She took some personal and medical information. She rudely asked me of why I didn't do certain things and take certain supplements and questioned my own judgement, which I told her flatly that it's none of her concern. I paid to see a doctor, not a nurse. I'm told to get undressed and that the dermatologist would exam me from head to toe even though my reason for coming into the office was for my scalp. I thought it was strange but I did comply. Two minutes later, I'm completely naked with a paper robe on and waited for 30 minutes until the doctor and the same nurse to enter. Yep, you read it right. 30 minutes, no apology for the wait and still no other patients I hear in the rooms nearby. Dr. Wininger exam in less than two minutes and was more fascinated with my old tattoo, which has nothing to do with my reasoned to visit a dermatology office. He told me to get dressed and will come back to discuss my scalp condition. One minute later, I'm dressed and waited for him for an additional 20 minutes. The first thing he mentioned when he re-entered the room, was about himself and his education experience at Rutgers University. (my current employer) I was so frustrated with Dr. Wininger as I'm not here to talk about Rutgers but my medical matter. I stopped him and asked about my diagnosis. He provided a reason and said that I should apply certain topical foam on my scalp. That is when I know this doctor is a quack! How can you provide treatments to a medical matter, when you don't know for sure what medical problem is it. The blood work must be done first to rule out anything. I'm not a doctor and even I know common sense here. Avoid this place!!!!
